Fort Hamilton Tours and Tickets
Fort Hamilton

A visit to the fort requires some walking, with a steep hike up King Street to enter, and a circular moat trail once you’re there. Comfortable shoes are ideal.
Wheelchair users will find the site difficult to navigate, as there are steps to the vantage points and a narrow moat path.
Fort Hamilton has no admission fee.
The underground passageways may make you feel claustrophobic.
There are public restrooms, picnic benches, and a drinking water fountain.
Pesticides aren’t used in the park, so bug spray is a good idea in the summer months.
