The driver was 45 minutes...

The driver was 45 minutes late because he was told 10:45 when we had booked for 10:00 (NOT his fault). And it was a TAXI that picked us up, NOT the van we were expecting. Not sure why THAT experience ended up costing us almost $200 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦‍♀️. NOTHING against our driver (he was great), but overall it wasn’t what we were expecting out of this booking😩
