Best part of our trip to Bermuda was our day out on the boat. Mark and Alex were amazing! They helped the kids feel safe to explore and get out on the water with the paddle boards. The boat was beautiful and we saw so much. Couldn't recommend this more highly!

This trip was a highlight of our vacation. The guides were so knowledgeable and it was fun to hear about their experiences living and growing up on the island. Cliff jumping was exhilarating and the teenagers loved it! I wish we had more time to find the shipwrecks. The rocks were great, but we didn't see a whole lot of fish. The crystal kayak and paddleboard were so much fun!

While the snorkeling was not the best the experience was great. The staff was kind and helpful. The equipment was clean and individually packaged.

What an amazing experience start to finish!!! Our two tour guides were absolutely amazing start to finish. The kids had such a good time lounging on the hammock up front. They provided us with snorkel gear and took us to a little cove. Snorkeling was incredible!!! We all went cliff jumping at admiralty park!! They had a cash bar on board with delicious rum swizzles, ice cold sodas and waters. This excursion was the highlight of our time in Bermuda. I cannot recommend it enough.

Great experience for our group of 10.... Both the captain and crew were amazing. The boat was amazing to be on (just the right size for our group). Water was a little choppy but the captain took us to a calm cove were we cliff jumped and snorkeled. Highly recommended

We had a fantastic afternoon with Captain Alex and his first mate, Georgia. They were so accommodating, and made us all feel at home on the catamaran. They gave us suggestions on how to best spend the afternoon, even though the harbor was a little rough. We had the opportunity to cliff dive, snorkel, kayak, and swim, all while enjoying the beauty of the Bermuda coastline. This is a wonderful excursion for adults and children alike. I highly recommend this tour while visiting Bermuda!

Nice boat. Just kinda cruised around. Jumped off a couple times. Stopped twice. No towels for us. No music playing. I was told there would be beer,wine,soda on board. Capt offered us drinks and later charged us for them when we getting off. Even for the soda my husband drank. For the amount of money we paid that should of been included.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and giving us your feedback. I am sorry that we didn't meet your expectations. Safety and offering the best experience to our guests is our priority.
Our charters are all customizable. When you and your husband came aboard we did ask you what you wanted to do and you said you wanted to cruise around and stop to take a swim, which is what we did. After the second stop your husband said he was really interested in seeing the houses on the coast and therefore we cruised some more to look at more houses.
We do not provide towels as part of our charters, which is clearly stated on the booking form and the confirmation email where it mentions to bring towels as they are not included. It is also mentioned on our website.
We also mention at the beginning of the charters (also mentioned our website) that we have a bluetooth audio system and that we can play your music or ours. We apologize if we may have forgotten to say it this time. I think we were talking about the island and answering questions and that may have been missed. Sometimes we turn the music down if the guests are engaged in a conversation with us or have questions. As part of our service and customized experience, we always encourage our guests to let us know if there is anything else that they would like during the charters.
All drinks are on a consumption basis. This is also mentioned on all the booking platforms. The charter you have booked did not mention complimentary beverages. We feel this is the fairest approach as you only get charged for what you consume. We also thanked your husband for giving us a tip after paying for the drinks so at no point during the charter did we hear that being billed for the consumption was an issue. We are sorry to hear this after the fact.
The best part of being on a private charter is that you get to customize your experience . Unlike other group charter companies, if you are not happy with something then you can always discuss with the Capt or crew while you are on the boat and we can then work out a solution for you.

Absolutely the best excursion we could have done! From the communication before hand, to the final goodbye, it was amazing. Our family of 10, including 2 under 5 yo, and one blind adult, Georgia and Alex were sooo great. They let us decide what we wanted to do, and kept everyone safe doing so. We went to the cliffs to jump off of, they made us drinks while we sailed, and then brought us to a private cove to see some beautiful fish while snorkeling. I have done many excursions across the carribean, and this ranks up there with the best one so far. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving us memories that will last a lifetime.

Despite a windy day and moon jellyfish, our family had a fantastic time with Captain Mark and Alex. The kids got to experience swimming through caves and cliff jumping at Spanish Point followed by snorkeling and paddle boarding at Captain Mark’s Elephant Rock. All and all a great time!

This was a wonderful experience on the water. The boat pulled up right next to our cruise ship. We were taken to a snorkeling site and a cove to jump off cliffs. The teenagers loved the challenge of the cliff jump. The captain could not have been more helpful. It was the highlight of our Bermuda cruise.

Best excursion ever! They were professional and relaxed. They listened to our specific wants and made it happen. We did cliff jumping and snorkeling in perfect location. We wish we would have done this both days in Bermuda instead of other excursions. You can also trust that they will have you back to your boat in time if you are in a cruise. I’ve already recommended them to friends going to Bermuda.

Captain Alex took us to the cliffs to jump as requested then took us to a shallow sandy beach area so that we could swim. The wind direction didn’t allow us to sail but overall our whole group enjoyed and had lots of fun.

It was a fantastic experience! Captain Matt and Georgia were excellent. They took us to a great location where we could swim, cliff jump, paddle board and kayak! We all only wish we could have stayed longer!

INCREDIBLE time with Capt Mark and Alex! It was the highlight of our trip as we all had an incredible time sailing, cliff jumping, snorkeling and more. We used Mark and his crew for an afternoon sale. Very professional, and first class tour. Was a bit of a windy day but used it to give us a great sail and then found a sheltered bay that we allowed us to swim.
Home made rum swizzle recipe is also a winner.
