Started off looking at the bigger catamaran trips but they all required you to be 18 due to alcohol being served. I’m so glad I found this cruise. For a family of five (he can carry around 12), the price was about the same of the larger cruises. But it was totally private. We had the ship to ourselves. Bryan took us to a great place for swimming then brought us back to the ship as the sun was going down. We got a beautiful view of the sunset and still made it back for a 9:00 show on the ship. This was my favorite memory of the trip. Bryan is a local and knew all the good spots. He was willing to talk and answer questions when we wanted to talk and let us quietly enjoy the view when we wanted. The perfect captain. I’ll look him up when we hopefully get to go back to our favorite island. Don’t pass this up, it’s great for family time or a friends getaway.

Extremely disappointing experience and absolutely not worth the hassle.
The communication from this operator was unacceptable. Our sunset boat tour was cancelled, and the only notification we received was a single message, via the app, 10 days before the scheduled tour. There was no follow-up, no confirmation that we had received the cancellation, and—most importantly—our credit card was still charged. With no additional communication and a charge still sitting on our account, we had every reason to believe the tour was still happening.
The meeting instructions were just as bad. The app provided two different addresses, and neither was anywhere near the actual meeting location. Clear and accurate directions should be the absolute bare minimum for a tour operator.
We changed our plans specifically to accommodate this tour, only to find ourselves dealing with a poorly communicated cancellation, an incorrect meeting location, and a charge that should never have been made.
Things happen—tours get cancelled. We understand that. What is unacceptable is the complete lack of follow-through and communication afterward. This could have been handled professionally with a simple confirmation, but instead, we were left confused and frustrated. We were issued a refund; however, we did incur expenses that could have been avoided.
One star is more than warranted. We would not recommend this operator and would not book with them again.
Captain Bryan was an excellent tour guide and advocate for his home island of Bermuda. He was generous with his local knowledge and allowed time on the cruise for our us to swim and snorkel in a protected cove before sunset. This was a much better option for us than a party cruise with dozens of others who we don't know. We'd book with him again without hesitation.
Bryan was a great captain! He's a wealth of information about Bermuda and her "storied" history. Very interesting! He met us on time at a wharf closest to our VRBO. Would definitely recommend!
We had an awesome time! The sunset boat ride was a breathtaking experience and Brian was a great Captain . Highly recommend!
We’ve been to Bermuda several times but never done a sunset cruise and we were so glad we did. It was private with just our families and actually cost less than the other sunset cruises where there are a lot of people. Capt Brian let us bring our own drinks but also offered some drinks. He showed us shipwrecks with tons of fish and the beautiful homes around Bermuda. It was the perfect way to end our day and got amazing pictures of the Bermuda sunset
