Fantastic tour with kye. Possibly the coolest guy I’ve met. Felt really safe with him (first time on a Segway. Gave us a tour down the coast to show us some great views. Even tacked on a little trip around the dockyard. Really recommend this tour. Do it!

Overview

Tour Bermuda's Royal Naval Dockyard aboard a Segway during this 1.5-hour activity. Learn to drive this two-wheeled, electric, self-balancing scooter under the supervision of your guide, then take off to cover much more ground than you could on foot. Itinerary

Make your way to the tour center at Bermuda's Royal Naval Dockyard. Meet your guide and get a short orientation, safety lesson and rundown of all the Segway's controls. Don your helmet, hop on and try a few laps on a practice course. Once you're fully comfortable, you and your group are ready to hit the road.

Glide through the Royal Naval Dockyard, listening to your guide's commentary on wireless headsets. As you pass landmarks such as the Historic Sail Loft, the Victualling Yard, the Casemates Prison and the Clocktower Mall, learn about the culture, history and traditions of Bermuda. Hear about the Bermudian traditions of making rum cakes and glassblowing as you pass the bakery and craft shop. Stop for vista views of the entire island that make for wonderful photo ops. Riding a Segway allows you to cover much more ground that you would on foot.

After your 1.5-hour tour, return to the tour center.

Kai was terrific! We had 2 people who had not ridden a Segway before and he worked with them until they were comfortable. It was very windy and he made sure we were all good before we went on the tour. Once underway he stopped at spectacular locations and gave us some history! Loved his attitude.

This was a great tour of some very scenic locations. Khy gave us time to get out onto the beach and take photos. He was a great instructor for those who had never ridden a segway before. I would definitely do this tour again!

We could not recommend this experience any more highly then to say... If you miss out on this tour, you've missed the best of Bermuda! Kia was absolutely AMAZING! We had the most phenomenal time. Kia was informative, personal and extremely observant of each person on the tour and their comfort/ability on the Seagway. I had never ridden a seagway before and he taught me how in seconds! He is THE BEST!! Please go see him and tell him thelat KK says hey and I'm still waving at everyone and telling anyone who will listen about him and his Seagway MUST DO tour!

My family and I went on this tour and it was the highlight of our visit to Bermuda! The tour guide was wonderful and made sure that he helped everyone who needed to become comfortable on the Segway. We got to see beaches, neighborhoods, and beautiful sites off the beaten track.

Good Excursion. But if you can’t do it, only expect 1/2 money back.

Easy checkin at desk and place. People were nice. It was my husband, a lady and I for this excursion. Unfortunately I couldn’t manipulate the Segway well and didn’t feel comfortable enough to go on with the excursion. But my husband continued and he really enjoyed it and said the guide was really nice and fun. The only thing is I only got 1/2 money back for me. But safety was definitely priority. My husband said I would’ve struggled since some terrain was not so smooth. I’m glad I didn’t force it. It would’ve ruined the excursion for everyone. Wished I did get a full refund but I get it. It’s a business. But I would still recommend it for those not a scaredy cat like me. Lol.

Highly recommend. Fun, safe and a different way to tour.

First time on a Segway. Khy gives great instruction on how to maneuver etc. and within a few minutes, your very comfortable. The tour is a great way to see areas outside the dockyard, a few small, secluded beaches and homes. It's a lot of fun and Khy gives some good history of the island as well.
