Great Food Tour. Adrian knows the town and the places to go. We had a wide range of local food and wine and all the recommendations were spot on. We even ent to a couple of the spots recommended on the tour and they were great as well. Highly recommend this tour!

I never give bad reviews but with all the other tapas tour options , this is probably a bottom tier tour. We booked for 12 and the guide was a no-show , I called him and the guide said he accidentally booked it for 5. We went back at 5 and he was kinda rude and very pretentious, many awkward moments and he was basically making fun of us as tourists. I would say skip this one and choose another tapas tour.

This food tour brought us to 4 locales where we had vermouth, cava, beer/shandy, and white wine with various tapas including patatas bravas, ham croquettes, pan con tomate, sausages, deep fried anchovies, etc. Adrien shared information on the history and making of some dishes, as well as Catalan meal culture. Although he had many recommendations while we were on the tour, we were disappointed the promised follow up email was not sent for us to use on the remainder of our stay in Barcelona.

This tour was recommended to me by my niece. She was on point with how amazing the tour was. Adrain was very accommodating to our dietary requirements during the tour. I appreciated his knowledge about each place we visited. Moreover, he is very funny and had us talking and laughing the entire tour- I did not want it to end😀

This was one of our favorite tours. Great food, Great wine and an amazing tour guide. Adrian was very knowledgeable and informative. He took us around to some of the best kept secrets. He was so warm and welcoming he felt like a long lost friend. Ask for Adrian if you take this tour, you will love it.

An excellent evening spent with Adrian and his trainee Caroline. We spent a beautiful evening walking round Barcelona, learning about the history of the neighbours, buildings and the food and drink. Gave us the opportunity to try some new food and drink that we would have not tried otherwise, and eat and drink inside some authentic Spanish places. A very laid back evening, and we were lucky to have a really small group. Would definitely recommend

We were lucky to have our own personal tour guide Adrian! He took us to several local haunts and exposed us to traditional tapas early on in our trip. He had a wealth of knowledge on food and wine. We were a very small group and enjoyed various very tasty foods and great wine. Just a hint for our tour guide: make sure the meeting point is very clear. The restaurant where we should have met has not signs visible from the street. Our Australian friends had problems finding the meeting point because they came from the other side. However it was a very nice and informative food tour and we enjoyed many laughter and new friendships.

Our tour guide talked about himself the whole time and showed no interest in our group. He was rude and critical of tourists. Plus, the food was not fresh and very heavy.

Got a confirmation the day before from tour guide / Viator telling details of where to go and meet. We spend Cab money and went all the way down to meeting point and I called the guide and he told me he "tried to reach me" to cancel it because it was his birthday and the other guide broke her foot. I understand the broken foot but that happened a week prior with NO notice from guide--even though he said he "tried to contact me". SO they had my phone number and email to send confirmations / payment info but not to cancel. Tour Guide said he cancelled a week ago and if that was true ...why did I get a confirmation the day before ? Viator when they were called said they had also received no communication from guide on cancellation. Viator said they would credit....but that is not the point when you are in a foreign city that you probably wont be back to and plan around it. WIll not use Viator probably in the future. Last point, I have had to work many birthday's--not an excuse for cancelling on someone.

We wrote to you a week in advance before the tour was going to start stating that this tour would not be operating and we gave you two other date options. after the message you canceled your tour at some point, and you rebooked. we are sorry for any misunderstanding you had during this booking. we always trying to provide the best service humanly possible. We hope this event doesn't put you off from this platform. somehow wires must have been crossed somewhere.

What a fun tour. Adrian (our guide) knew the best places to take us in Gothic District. He created a fun vibe for the whole group. He took us to several places that have been in existence for over 100 years which was so fun. The only problem was that we did not pay attention to our surroundings and when we went back to the Gothic District to go to a couple of the places, we could not find them. So much rich history. This is a must do tour.

Overall the tour provides a good exposure to different types of authentic Spanish tapas. We went to were the locals go, so we got to experience the real deal. We visited 4 places, each in their own unique way and the food was good. Favorite was the 1st one were we got to try the traditional tapas with Jamon Serrano, manchego cheese and sangria and the others we tried patatas bravas, pan con tomate, sardines, sausage and wine! It had a good variety and we learned a bit of history along the way. The 3rd stop was Argentinian and I did not care for it much, other than for the wine and the eggplant sample. A good tour for a high level overview to Spanish tapas!

Food is best when it's enjoyed in the company of those who appreciate the pleasure of simple, quality food. Adrian guided us to four tapas bars off the beaten tourist path and showed us how to enjoy fresh Catalan food. It was a pleasure to be able to learn about the differences in Iberian ham and how to enjoy a meal of ham, cheese, and Cava. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Adrian was fantastic. He knew his stuff and had the reservations for each stop ready to go. We walked in and drinks and food were ready in a matter of minutes. Food was amazing!! There is so much and such a variety. Drinks were great sizes... Adrian even emailed after tour places to visit if we had time to extend our experience. Highly recommend this tour!!

This was a fantastic experience with our wonderful guide Adrian. Our hope was that we would experience Barcelona tapas like the locals and our expectations were exceeded. Fantastic food, and plenty of it, authentic locations complemented by an interesting introduction to the history of the areas we visited. Not to mention the comprehensive food and bar recommendations Adrian kindly sent us afterwards. Would highly recommend.

I had originally booked my tour on Thursday. Adrian reached out to let me know I was the only one that signed up for that day. He offered to move me to Friday which turned out to be much more fun. The food and drinks were plentiful and tasty, more than what we could finish. The sights were interesting, always nice to include a bit of history to understand the culture!

Very bad experience. Too many people on this tour. Adrian walked too fast and those of us in the back couldn't hear him. We got lost walking down the narrow streets and had to walk single file at times. Adrian seemed rushed and not very pleasant. We told him that our friend had asthma and couldn't walk fast. He didn't seem to care. Tapas were just okay and Adrian's history of the Gothic quarter (when we could hear him) was not great. There was a smoker in our group of 12 and Adrian didn't ask her to not smoke. We had to move away from the cigarette smoke.
Overall, the tour was very disappointing and not worth the money. We don't recommend this tour!

Where do I begin first off everybody was at the location as requested 10 minutes before the tour started. we have a strict time schedule to maintain and it was a holiday to boot. We have reservations to maintain that being said. You finally joined us at 5:24 approximately 35 minutes after the requested meeting time you met us at the first location in a foul mood at that point I said I did not want you on the tour and that you would receive a full refund that was within 30 seconds of you arriving to our first location your energy was not the most pleasant but you decided to stay. I should have insisted that you leave but that is my fault.
you mentioned that your friend had trouble walking to the meeting location you might have wanted to crack open your purse and pay for a taxi. if you knew your friend had trouble walking to the meeting location you should have made adjustments in your schedule to not hold up the rest of the group believe it or not the world does not revolve around you, Karen!!!! all the other guests were able to make it 10 minutes before the start time as requested but you must be really special just the rules don't apply to you.
regarding your friend and not being able to walk. you took this same tour last year and apparently you enjoyed it enough to book it again with your friends completely understand that but if you knew your friends could not walk well, what on Earth were you thinking of going on a walking tour was a good idea in the first place? but again I guess it's all about you.
in regard to another guest smoking in public outside oh my God I have nothing to say about that but just this stay at your home in your little world and do the world a favor stay in your own little bubble.
regarding walking fast I and the other group members walk at a normal pace and we kept stopping to let you catch up I did not walk fast I just walk normally as so did the other eight members of the group.

I highly recommend this tour with Adrian! We had a great experience learning about the history of Barcelona, and trying tapas and wine at small, unique bars. Even better was the list of recommendations that we got from Adrian after the tour, which we used throughout our trip. We even came back to one of the tapas bar from the tour on our last day because we enjoyed it so much!
