- Ability to swim is essential! Please do not book this tour if you don't have decent swimming ability. Non swimmers will not be allowed on the kayaks and you will not be refunded.
- Minimum of 7 years old
- Please if possible come with your swim wear underneath your clothes so we can get on the water as fast as possible. We are right next to the public beach toilets, however, they are quite small and you'll be in a queue to get in. After the activity it's no problem getting changed there.
- Bring plenty of drinking water and have a good breakfast before coming as lunch is not until after the activity
- Not recommended for travelers with severe shoulder or back issues
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 8 travelers

This is a must do excursion, with beautiful views and a great excursion guide. We had Marc as our guide and he was phenomenal! I definitely recommend this if you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

This was my most relaxing day of my trip!
Rene drove us about 90 minutes from Barcelona to a charming seaside town.
We spent a couple hours in a guided kayak exploration of nearby crags and coves, including rock jumping and snorkeling. The water was bright blue and clear; folks saw octopuses and starfish, I saw sea urchin. Rene offered practical guidance and interesting historical context along the way. Yes the water is a little crisp but wetsuits are included and did well for us. I did get sicksick, but Rene patiently guided me through it well.
We ended with a free hour to explore the town or take in the area.
The ride back was easy. Good playlist!
This was my last day in Barcelona and what a send off!

This was absolutely amazing experience. Our tour guide was Marc. He is absolutely amazing. Our group was only 5 people. Marc knows all the special spots. Totally worth the price. 10/10 recommend. Ask to go with Marc.

Mateo was the best guide to ever! We thought it might rain but turned out to be a gorgeous day! My fav part was paddling in and out of the rocks with the push and pull of that beautiful blue water! Thanks so much to Mateo for fun drive, tourist recommendations and an awesome kayak trip!

The best day I’ve spent on my trip was doing this activity, even if it made me very sore the next couple days 😊. Henry was an amazing guide, the pictures and videos he took were amazing. I’m trying to decide if I should do it for a 2nd time just for the beauty of the scenery and the workout!

The experience was fabulous. Very well organised with soo much to see and do. I have done it with my teenage children who absolutely loved it too (especially the cliff jumping). Our guide Henry was excellent in looking after us and making the trip memorable. Definitely recommend

This was an awesome way to see Costa Brava and jump off a cliff for the first time in my life! Super recommend, even though the sea was rough and I got sea-sick. ( bring Dramamine if you tend towards sea-sickness.)

This was a good experience, but not a great one. I purposely chose the “small group” trip over larger group trips advertised and paid more for it. However, this ended up being a large group that was simply broken into two vans of eight each and all the challenges that come with wrangling a large group that I was trying to avoid ensued. I am someone who has kayaked and snorkeled most of my life, and was really looking forward to those activities. However, I was also not happy to find that the only kayaks available were two person kayaks and, unfortunately, the person I was paired with was inexperienced, so that experience was not very enjoyable. Although the description stated that snorkeling fins were not included in the price of the ticket I was told I could rent some when I got to the beach. However, once again that did not prove to be the case, so the snorkeling was not as enjoyable as I had hoped either. The guides were good and knowledgeable and friendly, but the experience overall was sort of a bust for me.

Hi Kathie, thanks so much for the detailed feedback.
I spoke with your guide, and we apologize for the fin situation. At times there may be places to get fins, but it's not in our policy to recommend this - for this exact reason. Due to availability and logistics, fins are not something that we count on for our tours in any sense. It sounds like Rene was trying to be helpful because he had seen some were available, but as we can see, it didn't work out.
Regarding the group logistics on the beach, I suppose you had that feeling because in your case the trainer spoke to two groups at the same time at one moment on the beach. The groups are Small Groups in the sense that the travel and activity itself are done with just your group. People come to the same meeting point and we begin the activity in the same place.

Such a fun day! It was the perfect amount of adventure for my wife and I and are four kids ages 13, 11, 9 and 8. We can now all check “cliff jumping” off our bucket list… and there were multiple heights so everyone was comfortable. The kayaking was suitable for beginners and we saw a lot fish and some eels while snorkeling. And capped it off with a drink by the beach before heading back! But one of the things that made it all work was Rene — so patient with our kids, kind and overall a joy to spend the day with. Thank you!!

This was by far my most favorite experience on my trip to Barcelona. Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) all enjoyed our day kayaking, cliff jumping and snorkeling. It felt magical and our tour guide JB was the best! He was so friendly and had so much knowledge about kayaking and the area as a whole. It's definitely a workout and we will all be sore tomorrow but well worth it! Definitely money well spent and a beautiful day and memory our family will have forever!

The tour was amazing , had a bit of a rough start with one of the guides being late due to traffic in the city that day . They did comp us with free Breakfast . Overall very knowledgeable and friendly staff . Great views, beautiful scenery , small groups and a fun sunny day . Definitely recommend it .

This trip was a highlight of our Spain adventures. Great amount of time to kayak, snorkel and cliff jump. Water was beautiful and pristine. We saw an octopus while snorkeling! Our guide Mateu was friendly, engaging and made sure every one was fun and safe with ages ranging from teenagers to late 50s. The extra time for walking the beach and the light lunch was just right. Don't hesitate- this is a must do if you want to see something most tourists miss.

Henry was an amazing tour guide! From history facts or places along the drive to Costa Brava to legends of mermaids in the coastal caves. He was well experienced in kayaking and was helpful along the way. Great cliff jumping spots and pleasant snorkeling spots. The whole family had fun!

Great day in Costa Brava with JB and his team. They did a quick but informative tutorial explaining kayak technique for beginners. Scenery is beautiful. I would recommend water shoes if you want to do the cliff jumping

This kayaking trip was amazing and totally hassle-free from the start. Tom and Matt were fantastic guides — super friendly and made the whole experience fun. The kids especially loved the cliff jump, and we all enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Easy enough for beginners, and a great adventure for the whole family. Highly recommend!

We had a great day kayaking, cliff diving, and snorkelling in Costa Brava with our guide Marc. We had people with different skill levels and Marc made sure everyone in the group had a great time. This was my second time doing this trip with Excursions and it was fantastic both time. I would highly recommend if you want an active day in a beautiful spot.

We had such a great day! JB was a great guide! We didn’t know we were going to jump off cliffs! The snorkeling was fun- saw some jellyfish and an octopus. Views were amazing.
We had time to take a stroll around the area after lunch.

Had a fantastic time. Nice beach and bay is beautiful. A perfect place to boat. Went in October and they offered us wet suits. They have sit on top kayaks. Wintertime can be chilly but if you come from a cold climate you will not need one if the sun is out. Lunch is a choice from several types of salad or sandwich.

The whole team of the tour guiders are really awesome!! They were so funny and made all the activities was so fun too.
I can’t swim but my tour guide, Sergio encouraged me to do all the stuffs, like kayaking, cliff jumping. He helped me a lot and doesn’t exclude me like I am not able to swim.
Unfortunately, I got sea sickness half way thru, Sergio took me back to the shore and took care of me till I felt better. Thank you Sergio!!! I really appreciate it!

If you are looking to spend a day outside of Barcelona and you enjoy kayaking then you must do this day trip. Our guide Tete was very careful to gage the ability of our group and calmly kept us together at all times. They also provide a wetsuit for you which was not mentioned in the description.

This was an amazing day on the water! Augusto is a great guide - knowledgeable and calm. Even when the waves kicked up a bit he kept our group safe, leading by example. The spots he led us to were beautiful. Snorkelling and cliff jumping were absolute highlights!
