Highly suggested!

The tour guide is really what makes a great experience here. Adriano showed true passion for Picasso and the museum. He shared useful historical info that flowed the artist and his work in very well. We really enjoyed this tour! We ended at the 4 Gatos restaurant and the drinks were included! The food was so very good also, so very grateful for this experience! Highly suggested!

Ms. PalomaeS an exceptionally well informed guide who succinctly relayed Picassos early schooling to his artistic rise.

Sheri_G, May 2025
Extremely knowledgeable guide, Ms.Paloma gave us an extremely educational and well spoken tour of Picassos works in his early years.

Fantastic experience

Wonderful private tour experience. Olga was a Picasso expert and shared so many interesting details and context that you would normally never get from a standard guide. She was warm and funny but mostly so deeply knowledgeable in Picasso's youth and training, his family conflicts, and the shift to cubism in his later life. So ironic that because of Franco's fascist anti-intellectual, anti-artist policies the man couldn't even oversee the milestone of his life — his museum in Barcelona. Would absolutely recommend this tour.

Brought Picasso’s Experiences to Life

Kimberly_R, Dec 2024
Victoria was very friendly and knowledgeable. She catered her tour to our questions. Made the museum come to life with Picasso’s journey. Unfortunately the 4 cats restaurant was closed so we didn’t get to go in or have our drink, but not her fault.

A true Picasso expert!

A wonderful tour! Our guide was a true Picasso expert, introducing us to new aspects of Picasso’s life and work we had never before heard about. Don’t hesitate to book this tour … you will love it!

Terrific Museum and Guide

Margaret_T, Aug 2024
Alexandra was a terrific guide for our small group of four. Met us on time and provided excellent listening devices that were apparently her own and much, much better than any we had on our cruise excursions. The tour included the Picasso museum and surrounding Gothic quarter. The museum was about four times as big as 20 years ago when I first went. Fabulous collection of Picasso's early days since he spent them in Barcelona. Highly recommend the museum and Alexandra.

Picasso’s Barcelona

Adriano was absolutely amazing guide. We were so glad we booked a private tour where he showed us not only the museum exhibition but also places essential for Picasso’s life in Barcelona. 4 Gats cafe was lovely. Definitely a place to see. We ranked this tour as number on out of 5 tours we had.

Who Knew Picasso Could be so Much Fun!

Dorothy_M, Oct 2023
Anna Ruiz was an encyclopedia of Picasso knowledge - and made learning about Picasso fun. After the walking around, our little group was ready for lunch, Anna recommended a great little restaurant for us where we had fun eating tapas and a decadent chocolate dessert - while discussing the things we had seen and learned. We all agreed that we never knew 3 hours of Picasso would be so much fun!

Great Guide but logistics need improvement

Shelby_M, Sep 2023
Our tour guide Valentina was one of the best we have had! She is very knowledgeable. She was on time and communicated with us via text. The only glitch was that the meet up location indicated on the Voucher was not correct and we had to scramble to get to the correct spot.

Great experience!

Georgina couldn’t have been better!!

Great idea ntroduction to Picasso

Oana_S, Feb 2023
Great encounter. Very good tour for a beginner or better said introduction to Picasso. Very easy to navigate thru the gallery. I recommend it first thing in the morning before it gets too busy.

Excellent tour of the Picasso museum!

David_S, Sep 2022
We really enjoyed this tour of the Picasso museum. Our guide was very knowledgeable and went our pace. We learned all about Picasso! The tour also included a walk around the museum, which is where Picasso lived in his teenage years, and we enjoyed a coffee with the Guide, which provided an opportunity to ask more questions. We highly recommend this tour!!!

Jordi and this tour are a must in Barcelona

Mari_G, May 2022
Our guide Jordi was passionate and very knowledgeable of Picasso. He gave us the best tour time would allow. I studied Arts and even this tour proved fresh and interesting. My husband who was kind of clueless, thoroughly enjoyed. We loved it so much we booked our other family members to go with Jordi the next day he was available. Thank you so much!
