The Harrison Cave tour itself was amazing and definitely worth experiencing. However, the organization and communication at the start of the tour could be improved.
We were left waiting for about 40 minutes after the scheduled start time, with no one coming to explain what was happening or when the tour would begin. If we had known there would be such a long delay, we could have used that time to enjoy the nature tour and zip line instead.
Overall, we really enjoyed the experience, but better communication and keeping guests informed about delays would have made the visit much more enjoyable.
We were never notified of a pickup time. Every email just said 9:00 am. The driver showed up at 7:40 am and we were not ready. Driver left and never came back. We did not receive a text, email, or call. Had to look online for a number to call to complain and request a refund. Bad communication.
They are late. We waited for over 1.5 hours in the lobby. I called Viator and they didn't have an update. We returned back to the resort hours late, which impacted everything else we had planned for the day.
I love the Harrison’s cave tram exploration, and the enchanted garden tour. Our tour guides were knowledgeable and informative. I was in awe watching all corners of the cave, and taking lots of pictures and videos. It was a site to see, and I am glad was able to experience this. It’s a must see.
Harrison’s Cave was an awesome experience! I have traveled many places and never seen anything like it! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and engaged with the group. 10/10 I would definitely recommend! There are also a lot of other activities to engage in on the property. I would highly recommend exploring everything!
Harrison cave is a must see thing in Barbados. The experience was amazing it had hotel pick up and drop off service. The experience in the cave was simply great and unforgettable. The garden was quite amazing too.

Unfortunately we missed this excursion due to email. Watch your junk folder when you book via Viator - their emails contain subject lines with many characters, which sometimes sends the email to the junk folder. Our booking email and Viator both indicated a 9 am pickup from our resort. I received an email the day before indicating a 7:30 am pickup, but it went to my junk folder and by the time I saw it it was past the pickup time.
Lovely trip and really enjoyed it. We don't realise the caves and gardens were in different locations but that was ok.
We booked this excursion as we were arriving via a cruise ship. This excursion does not pick up at terminal, so be aware you’ll have to find own transportation, which cost us again about half the excursion cost. Harrison Cave was great in itself. Excellent experience there and Hunters garden was nice. We did have a great taxi driver who went out of his way to help us out! Disappointed by the lack of communication on pick up location by the company
Entertaining and informative cave experience with a small group. Amazing visual experience and safe tram ride underground. Lots of personal attention and time for photos.
We enjoyed the botanical garden and cave tour but they ran very behind schedule and we had asked to do the cave tour first and we’re not allowed and we barely made it back to our ship as our tour started about 45 minutes late.
Aldo no children’s shirts in the gift shol but lots of kids activities at the place

Don't worry about the email waiver form to complete, I was never sent this document which the email stated was very imperative to complete. Once you arrived there is a QR code to use to complete the form. The initial process as well as initial start of the tour was very confusing. The staff seemed somewhat unprepared and disorganized, but they did figure it out. It seems they over booked our 900am tour started at 945am.

We booked to do a joint excursion to Harrison's Cave and Hunte's Gardens, lasting 3 1/2 hours. Our transport picked us up on time from the hotel at about 8 am and left us at Harrison's Cave just before 8:30 am. We were rather surprised that the first tram trip through the caves did not start till 9:20 am but the Centre there is well laid out, clean and interesting so the time passed quickly.
The caves themselves were fascinating and beautiful, and the whole operation was very professional, with our tour guide Gabriel keeping us informed and amused the whole way. There was a bird sanctuary on site which was included in the price, but we were unable to see this as we were hustled away to take our transport to the next stop at Hunte's Gardens.
The gardens are truly wonderful and well worth the visit. Be prepared to take plenty of photos! Our tour bus picked us up on time at 12:15 but it was just before 2 pm by the time we arrived back at the hotel, as other drop-offs were required. So the day lasted in total about six hours. I can appreciate the logistical problems of ferrying passengers from multiple hotels to multiple combinations of destinations, but I do feel that for the price charged for the tours less time should be spent either sitting in the bus or hanging around waiting.
Very organized and on time. The caves were really interesting. The guides had a great sense of humor and were very knowledgeable. The gardens were breathtaking.
Harrison’s cave was fab the gardens were so relaxing but the tour operator forgot about us and left us in the gardens we had to contact the Harrison’s cave to remind them to get us I would recommend d the tours just ensure have contact details for pick ups
Wonderful tour except for the logistics department. Getting a pickup time from our hotel was like pulling teeth. Other than that, it was a great experience.
Our pleasant driver arrived to our hotel on time. We were promptly checked in upon arrival to Harrison's Cave. The tram ride was smooth. Our guide was personable and informative. The caves are humid and you will be dripped on. After our cave experience we were picked up and driven to Hunte's Gardens. After being checked in, we were given a pamphlet, a quick explanation on where to start, the location of the washroom, and gift shop/cafe. The gardens were absolutely beautiful! It is located in what is essentially a sink hole so, there a plenty of stairs. Thers are many places to rest and absorb all of the beauty and listen to the instrumental music they play for the plants. The ladies in the gift shop/cafe were nice and the beverages were just what was need after the climb back to street level.
Amazing! The tour guide was exceptional and knowledgeable.💝💝💝💝 we really enjoyed the wonders of nature and the gardens as well.
Transportation to and from was terrible. No AC in the minivan that took us there was over an hour. Bus that brought us back drove so fast on terrible roads, taking sharp corners and fast stops, that I threw up.
I would not recommend this tour also, because it did not include the Flower garden that was very close. I can only imagine how beautiful it must have been . Entrance fee to Hunts garden is only $20each. The caves were not worth the trip. Overall a huge waste of money and time.

Some steps in the garden which was very beautiful and peaceful. Harrison Cave was very impressive and well organised.
