We DO NOT collect from the Cruise Terminal. Transportation provided from hotels and air bnb's is a shuttle. The hotel pickup time will vary based on distance. Our reservations or transportation logistics team will reach out to the guest to advise on their specific hotel pickup time. Please make sure to check your email for this information. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us. Should guest(s) not require transportation, they can head directly to the Harrison's Cave Eco-Adventure Park for the specified arrival time. IMPORTANT: Same day bookings will NOT be provided transportation to the location.

Participants are not allowed to take any items such as cameras, cell phones, handbags- anything which would prevent them from having both hands free.
Helmets are mandatory for the zipline tour. Hairstyles may need to be pulled down or out to accommodate the helmet safely.

It was a wonderful experience, I think zip lining is addicting! Mark and Gigo were great and a lot of fun. I highly recommend zip lining at Harrisons Cave

Fun Experience

The staff was very organized and friendly from start to finish. There was some confusion about our time booked and transfers to and from our resort but they were very good communicating and very accommodating. We did the zip line and challenge course. Our transfer back to our resort was scheduled for 1:30pm. We finished early and asked if we could get an earlier ride and they found our driver and off we went! It was a fun way to spend our morning and the crew working with us on the zip line and challenge course were knowledgeable, always had your safety first, and were just fun to be around! Cracking jokes and just making it a fun experience for our whole family!

Beware it is rain or shine. Rico and Chris were Awesome. I am 41 and did it with my 6yr old son and he loved it. Rico and Chris made him feel comfortable and safe. Something hel never forget. He also enjoyed the obstacle course but has done those in the past.
