Should guest(s) not require transportation, they can head directly to the Harrison's Cave Eco-Adventure Park for the specified arrival time. IMPORTANT: Same day bookings will NOT be provided transportation to the location.

Communication of pick up terrible

Very disappointing communication. We booked for the Harrison's Cave Signature Park Pass and Challenge Course Adventure at 10am. We received an email the day before advising our pick up time at the hotel would be 7:35am. This meant we would miss breakfast as that starts at 7:30am at our hotel. So waiting in reception at 7:30am by 7:45am no pick up so our hotel reception called and was told they are running late. Eventually they turned up at 8:30am saying the traffic was really bad ! However the others on the bus said they were collected an hour late too! We then had a few more stops to collect others, at one of the stops no one came and at another they had already left! We eventually arrived at the caves at 09:40am (over 2 hours after our initial pick up time) We arrived and we were told our challenge course would be first then the tram. We were kitted up with a large group only to be told we don’t have the zip wire so we would have to wait to go on the challenge course. We tried to upgrade to include the zip wire which was an extra USD59pp but there card machine wasn’t working so we would have to pay cash so that was no good. The actual challenge course was really good and the tram ride was really good and the guide (Trev)and driver (Shay)were really funny. Just a shame the communication was so poor. To give a pick up time at 7;30 am for something starting at 10 is ridiculous. Never mind we still enjoyed.
