I showed upon time. No tour guide. I had to download the viator app to try to get chat support as my phone could not make local calls to check what happened. Saw a message that said they had to cancel. They did not email me or call my phone despite asking for this information when booking. So you have to have the app before they can contact you. I asked for a refund in the chat and they said they are unable to refund as the 24 hrs grace period to cancel had already passed. Amazing that they cancelled and cannot refund me. I have never ever had such an experience with Viator before. Vastly disappointed .

Regarding your tour booking for tomorrow, unfortunately the tour cannot be performed at 10am, as the guides are not available until the evening between 2-4 pm. If possible, the tour can be rescheduled for another day. We apologize for the inconvenience. Discover Bridgetown history with Karen

Karen was friendly and knowledgeable. She brought ice water for us and treated us to local pastries. She took us off the beaten path and we discovered lots of Bridgetown history. We were happy we went on this tour. Remember to stay hydrated and bring a hat because it gets quite hot as you are walking. Would book with Karen again!

I absolutely loved this tour! I was filled with so much information about Barbados and also specifically Bridgetown. It was delivered in such a charming and charismatic way, I could have spent the whole day listening and walking around the town. We went off the beaten track and the stories were so fascinating. I didn't realise that Barbados had such a complex history. Another nice unexpected treat, was that I got to try a traditional bajan pastry. I probably wouldn't have tried it, if it wasn't for the tour. It was delicious, I'm so happy I did it.
