Our first time book with viator and it was amazing. fresh drinks and relaxing swimstops. The guys on the catamaran were so nice as well as the food. Fantastic day trip, very well looked after by the amazing crew, Wally, Sean and Colin. Music going, drinks free flowing and a delicious home cooked buffet, whilst gently cruising the Caribbean. Met some great people too. Had an incredible 10 days in Barbados but this definitely stood out as a highlight, well done guys. Hope to see you again someday.

We offer pick up from most Hotels on the West and South Coasts of Barbados. We offer Pick up from hotels not listed here as well as Air BNB's at various times. We also offer pick up from outside of the Cruise Ship Terminal- you must follow the pedestrian path and walk outside of the main gate of the cruise ship port. There you will find our taxi driver who will be holding a sign marked “Stiletto and Super Cats”. Pick up time from this location is 9.30am Transportation after the cruise back to your hotel/cruise ship is also included!

Hi there! I just had to share about the absolutely fantastic time I had yesterday aboard the catamaran! It was genuinely an unforgettable day from start to finish. Captain Collin was an absolute gem – so welcoming, friendly, and made everyone feel completely at ease. And the rest of the crew, Shaun and Dillon, were just as wonderful! They were super polite, incredibly helpful, and always had a smile on their faces, making sure all the passengers were having a great time. We got to explore two incredible snorkel spots! It was like swimming in a giant, vibrant aquarium, with so many colorful sea creatures darting about. We even got to check out a really cool sunken vessel, which was quite the adventure! Our third stop was just perfect for simply soaking up the breathtaking beauty of the Caribbean Sea – pure bliss. And let's talk about the refreshments! They had everything covered – a fantastic spread of yummy snacks and a great assortment of drinks, including some adult beverages (cheers to that, right?!). No one was going thirsty or hungry, that's for sure. Honestly, the whole trip was just pure fun and so immersive. It's seriously perfect for everyone – whether you're on a romantic getaway, chilling with friends, or enjoying a family adventure with kids and grandparents, everyone will absolutely love it. This was actually my second time out with this amazing crew, and I'm already dreaming about my next trip! I can't recommend them enough. A fun experience! We didn’t get to see the turtles outside of the marina, but we did see some beautiful fish around the shipwrecks. The snorkeling was in calm waters, not too far from shore which was very nice for some of our more inexperienced snorkelers. Food was amazing!!!! The crew was great, very attentive, constantly asking who needed drinks so the rum punch was flowing.

Excellent crew, lunch, and beautiful sailing. The snorkeling spots on our trip were disappointing in my opinion. Would have been better if we had stopped in Carlisle Bay. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend it.

What a wonderful experience! The entire team on the cat were so fun! Moment we got on, drink orders were taken, soon after first snack provided. Music was jamming and everyone was meshing. First stop was the Sunken Ship - very cool. Then off to swim with some turtles, amazing. Lunch was incredible, really well prepared. After a little cruise to the beachy area, another swimming area for a dip and another snack, headed home. Capt. Colin was lovely! Fabian was so attentive! We really had such a wonderful experience! Can’t say enough!!!!

This was a fun filled day with 3 stops for snorkeling, swimming and sunning. The drinks were flowing and if you have younger children, this one may not be ideal for you. It was great for us- my husband and my teenage son. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The snorkeling was amazing in the boat ride was a lot of fun. There were more people on the category and then we were expecting, but it was still fun.

We have done many catamaran rides and this was one of the best. The crew was fantastic not only managing the boat, but providing customer service. Drinks were free flowing and food was delicious. We did not see a turtle while out snorkeling, but the tour actually started with one feeding off the boat at the dock! Highly recommend!!

The experience takes around 6 hours including transportation. You only spend about 2 30 minute sessions snorkeling. We saw a shipwreck, a few fish and one turtle. The lunch they include consists of just ok food you eat on the catamaran balancing the food on your lap. On a positive note the crew was very friendly and tried hard to make it a good experience.

If staying at the farthest hotel we do transport the pick up time by our shuttle is early at 815am. If you want to drive or take your own taxi it cost around $50us each way and on week days can take 1 hour each way due to traffic regardless of our shuttle or if driving direct. The Crane hotel is far away. We do 2 40 minute snorkel stops and some people take for ever to get ready and go into the water so I do not know what happened to you on these two stops. We always warn the guests about these two stops because they just stay on the boat and drink up the drinks or do pictures and not realise the time is passing. There are 3 ship wrecks with lots of fish and if you stay with the 2 crew you see lots of fish so maybe you went the wrong way. We serve fresh Banana bread on the sail up the coast and the lunch which we get raving reviews about consist of fish chicken macaroni pie rice and peas potato salad coleslaw toss salad and garlic bread. The potato salad can be switched to Bread fruit salad some days for a change . We do not know how all of this food could be just OK? Most people are surprised at such an extensive buffet and rave about it. We also have fresh coconut bread served on the sail back to port 5 miles away. I am glad to see you had some kind words for my crew and that is mostly appreciated. Thanks Graham

While recently visiting Barbados 🇧🇧 from New York, New York, the city so nice, they named it twice 😀, my Family & I truly enjoyed this wonderful, smooth FUN~filled🤩 Sail ⛵️ on the "Stilleto" Catamaran cruise 🛳 with Captain Colin 🫡 and his lively, amazing staff Dylan & Fabian. Every detailed was covered whether it was Snorkeling 🌊 to view Sea Turtles 🐢 or the Shipwrecks; Sunshine 🌞; Open Bar libations🍸 🍺 🍻 flowed😉, very tasty, filling lunch 😋 was served (including their mouthwatering,freshly baked local banana 🍌 bread 🍞). No disappointments here !!! Only improvement would be a nicer boat 🚢 with better seating accommodations (for Peace of mind). Thank you again to the Crew for the lasting memories 😀

Disappointing from beginning to end

As a group we are well traveled, so much so that we can anticipate issues and book out months in advance. The issues we encountered here were a first starting with poor miscommunication that led to confusion as to the offerings of pickups (you need to make this more explicit in your descriptions because this was the seed that started it all). From there we exchanged several emails and confirmed pickup (plenty of screenshots to prove). The week of travel we chase for more details and all of a sudden it is a 180 and we will have to either hire a taxi or rent a car for travel from the east side of the island. This expense was not anticipated, but what was more frustrating was their refusal to admit to their miscommunication and doubling down. We were fully prepared to excuse this part but then the day of the trip it was more of the same (should have listened to our guts). We were told two different times to get there, we got there at the earlier time and tried to check in and were waived off. We waited for the call time (already past the two times we were told) but it never came, instead we had to make our way back when we noticed some movement (again, no type of announcement or call to check-in). At check-in and on the tour: more of the same - poor service and attitudes. This is not what people expect when they are on vacations, especially if you work in the service industry. We tried our best to enjoy ourselves but we couldn't shake off the bad experience. I believe in holding people accountable and the power of peer reviews so I hope you can take this into account. Be sure to explicitly confirm your travel arrangements (note that pickups are only from select locations on West side of the island). I would also reconfirm two days before to give you an opportunity to cancel and rebook elsewhere. As far as the poor service and communication, the only thing I can recommend is to look elsewhere - this tour left such a sour note that we booked a sunset cruise with El Tigre Cruises and we LOVED it. It was like night and day in terms of service. If you are able to and your schedule allows for it, you would have a much better time at the sunset tour with El Tigre Cruises and avoid this particular experience altogether. Barbados itself is beautiful, full of natural wonders and its sea activities are plentiful. You will have a great time - provided you find a good (better) tour!

This man was told in our first message on confirmation where to come at 915 and where the boat was located in Bridgetown. He was also told that NO BOATS DO TRANSPORTATION FROM ATLANTIS HOTEL ON THE EAST COAST. I never promised this man any transportation from the east coast and then turned 180 degrees to no transport. I always stear a straight course. We offer pick ups on the West and South coast only and not just West coast as stated by this review. My confusion with this booking is that he said he was not coming due to work commitments and had cancelled another booking made by him. You do not actually say anything about the cruise and only about the transport not provided. As for my crew having attitudes well I do the check in and have only seen bright smiling faces when boarding guests. I provided him with the transport cost of between 45 and 50us for a taxi fare when he said I was no help at all. I am glad to see you went on my nephews boat El Tigre with also no transport (I checked) and had wonderful time. I do not know these people but can only imagine that their miscommunication regarding the transport was the reason for me gaining a 1 star review and nothing mentioned about the actual cruise which is true. This is a very cool crew. The boat was perfect for our group size. The feel was relaxed . The crew were a 10 /10. Snorkeling in a beautiful body of water and with many , many species of sea life. More than I've seen before. Lunch was also a highlight! Yummy full lunch, drinks made to order... I could go on and on.
