Itinerary
Make your own way to the pier to check in for your tour 30 minutes prior to the evening departure time. Head aboard your cruise ship, where you’ll be greeted with a welcome drink and shown to your table, then admire the views as you set sail along the Chao Phraya River.
Gaze out over Bangkok’s illuminated skyline, spotting landmarks such as the Grand Palace, the official residence of the King until the 20th century, and the majestic temples of Wat Phra Kaeo, Wat Kalayanamitr Varamahavihara, and Wat Arun. Cruise under the Rama VIII Bridge and pass the National Museum of Royal Barges as you tuck into a delicious buffet dinner of international cuisine with fresh seafood and soft drinks included.
While on board, you’ll also enjoy traditional Thai classical music performances from a live band, and access to the open-air viewing deck.

- In any case, if your booking isn't matched with reality when you show upfront (such as child's age, child's height, the number of people and etc.), you are responsible to pay the additional charge upfront for the show/tour.
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.

Avoid at all costs. For the money paid you can eat in an amazing restaurant more than once. Food was not fresh, music was too loud, had to stay in queue 20 minutes to get some bad food. Free drink shouldnt be given even to an enemy

Waiting experience was ver poor. Was kept waiting for more than 30 minutes with no proper management.
But once on the cruise it was made up and there was a huge variety in food items.

The evening cruise was enjoyable, as were all the sites that we saw from the ship. The food was good as was the value for the money. No narration, just a lot of somewhat loud music, but that cruise was really geared to a younger crowd. Still we had a very good time.

The check in process was a shambles as it was mostly groups with guides. We where not so nobody really Told us what to do. Sitting on the bottom floor of the boat with the lights you can’t really see out. The restaurant manager saw we where interested in the scenery so moved us upstairs after dinner.

I don’t usually write reviews but if you’re like me (researches everything before booking), please save your money and don’t book this. Decided to do this on the last day before going back to US and it was not a good experience. Directions to register and find the boat was super confusing, and the workers blocked my view the entire time. The staff were not friendly. Food was okay. Just book another cruise to be honest.

The check in process was a bit different than what was advised on the booking but not an issue in the end as we arrived well in advance. Got to watch the fountain display at IconSiam while we waited which was an unexpected delight. We booked for a few days before Songkran so IconSiam was building stages for the holiday events which limited the amount of space you were able to walk around outside by the piers. The cruise itself was good. I read other reviews and expected the chaos of the buffet line. The entertainment on board was ok. The singers were great. The dancers seemed like they needed more practice together. It is the end of the busy season so maybe they were training someone new. Sights that were light were great. Given the price I would recommend this to others.

This was a very relaxing dinner, it was our first night in Bangkok and we wanted to do something simple for dinner. This definitely fit the bill. The buffet was good. The music was fabulous! I was so impressed with the multi lingual singers who knew popular hits from different countries.

The Meridian has 2 floors
Floor 1 is low and aircondition! No view and cold.
Floor 2 is nice but was blocked for private party.
We refused to join and left. We wrote to you and asked for refund, which was promised.
The Meridian team was very unfriendly and not at all supportive.

A lovely way to spend an evening in Bangkok, relaxing and enjoying the views from the water. I especially loved the temples illuminated and reflected in the river. The food, music and entertainment were great and lots of people got up and danced. We enjoyed it very much.
It was difficult to get transport back to our hotel when what seemed like thousands of people got off the numerous dinner cruise boats. We were unable to get a Grab or a taxi or even a tuk tuk (unless we wanted to get ripped off at 4 times the usual price). Hint: walk away from Icon Siam 100 metres and then get a taxi. Much quicker, easier and cheaper than trying to get one at the Icon Siam.

While the dinner on the river cruise is good with a good variety the experience is best enjoyed is you are on the outdoor decks. Unfortunately my family and I were seated inside and didn’t have a window table either.. There are too many reflections on the window to get good pictures of the sights and with the indoor seating the experience isnt as immersive. There needs to be a way in which you should be shown your seating before hand so you know if you’d like to book or not. Also I had booked the cruise tickets in advance and was still not given good seats so I really don’t understand what the seating system is like.

The vibes were cute because of the live music but the dinner buffet left a lot to be asked for. A lot of the food was cold which is a sure fire way to get food poisoning on vacation. The boat was the Meridian cruise 2. I saw many other nicer looking dinner cruises on the river. It wasn’t a bad experience but it left a little to be desired.

Lovely experience on the river. Staff were very attentive and friendly (as in all of Asia). Enjoyed seeing the sights along the river, although not as many as we expected. The entertainment was lively with a varied genre and the food was delicious with choices for a variety of diets. Worth doing once when visiting Bangkok.

This was the worst cruise tour that I have ever experienced. My companion and I were seated at what had to be the worst table imaginable, basically in the hold of the ship just outside the toilet. There are two levels on the boat, the main deck and the lower level just above the waterline. We were in the latter and our table was at the very back. My chair faced the women's toilet. My campanion's faced forward, but was next to a post, so had no view out the window. It didn't really matter, since the windows were covered in dirty, scratched plexiglass, so you couldn't see anything through them, even if your view hadn't been blocked by a post.
The listing said the tour included a complimentary cocktail and free soft drinks, but the only thing we were offered was water. There was entertainment, but from my seat I certainly couldn't see it, only the toilet.
The tour could have partially redeemed itself if there had been some place on the upper level where we could have gone after dinner to see the sights and take photos, but there was not. Any areas, fore or aft, that had possible viewing spots were filled with tables for other diners. Other boats we noticed seemed to have a top deck which was open to all. This would be a far better choice.
I did book at the last minute, which probably accounts for such a bad location, but none of the tables on the lower level would have been much better. I also went back and checked to see if they offered differently priced tickets, but they did not. I'm sure my experience would have been quite different if we had been seated on the main deck, but since there seems to be no way of knowing where you will be seated, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

It’s clearly the worst of the cruise options from this dock. There are maybe 20 options. We booked last minute so it was the only one left available. There was a small cockroach on our table too, for example.
