Our tour guide Patty was great! We were in a group with 2 other families and got picked up at our hotel exactly on time. She knew all the shortcuts, clean bathrooms, and tips and tricks to get the perfect shot of the train. Patty always offered to take pictures and was always mindful of the children’s safety. Som was very sweet and knowledgeable about the markets, helpfully guiding me through all the different parts and demonstrating great deal of knowledge about Thailand and the beauty this country has to offer. She was also accommodating to my Jellycat corgi companion Betty, always offering to take photos of me with Betty in front of the various stops including the railway and floating markets. The floating market and...

The floating market and railway market were fun, a must see if you want to see a little bit more of Thailand without going too far away from Bangkok. Seeing the vendors to move their stuff when the train arrived was awesome. It was not a five-star experience because although we purchased a tour that included the hotel pick up and drop off, it did not happen. We were asked to meet at the meeting point and been dropped off at the same spot.
