Travstore almost ruined...

Travstore almost ruined the new year celebrations for us. They accepted the request in viator but haven't forwarded the request to the cruise ship company. They had more than 13 days to reply to the request. When we discovered that there was no table booked for us at the cruise ship but I even received a booking confirmation on viator app on the 31st, travstore did no effort to resolve this issue and just told me to request a refund.

It's a booze cruise. Can't really talk to your friends because the music is so loud Tables are crammed up next to each other so it feels like dinner with strangers. People basically ran to the buffet even though there was plenty of food. And the line for buying drinks and then trying to get back to your table makes it harder to have fun.

Worst experience ever

Worst organization ever. Boarding catastrophe, no visible queues, no rain protection in raining season, you had no chance to speak about seating rules and in the end we were herded in lower deck where windows were sight blocked due to condense water of wet customers and rain from the outside. food was empty after 15 minutes and didn’t get a refill. temperature in lower deck was around 19 degrees - taking in regard the fact that most customers were soaking wet - good idea to make everyone sick. i give two points only because of the entertainment lady. good voice and good entertainment qualities. Rest of the staff on board was professional - but not friendly. I expect more actually. but it didn’t look like they enjoy their jobs.

The views were wonderful! The food was okay -- what we would expect for a medium priced buffet. But we couldn't enjoy any of it because the live music was played at a painful volume. There was nowhere to escape the noise. We wish we would have brought ear plugs. Also, Viator did not give a choice between upper and lower deck. We would have preferred the upper deck and would have been willing to pay extra.

The cruise was great. Your organisation stuffed up the ticketing. Caused us great distress.

The most memorable part was the frustration caused by Viator not completing the ticket information correctly causing great delays at the ticket office. Never again will I use Viator for tickets anywhere.

Our ticket was not valid and was not accepted by the cruise agency. After one hour of discussion with everybody we gave up. They told us we should cancel (was not possible anymore) and buy new tickets from them. Total scam. Hopefully we get our money back.

Spent 1hour30 in a shuttle picking up other passengers and getting through traffic, we arrived at a shopping mall among 400+ other passengers. It was chaotic! There was no jazz band, only tacky karaoke singing. Only positive, our seats were great and the river and lights were beautiful.

Schöne Dinner Crusie mit leckeren Buffet. Musik war sehr angenehm. Gegen Ende wurde dies Musik schneller und es wurde an Deck getanzt. Es wurden die genannten Sehenswürdigkeiten angefahren. Tickets müssen vor dem Checkin umgetauscht werden. Büro des Anbieters liegt am Gate G5 im ICONSIAM.
