A fantastic way to find out about the sights in Bangkok and each bus stop was located near the attraction unlike some other bus tours we’ve been in.

You could not hop on and off as the bus was taking too long to do the circuit and they did not have enough buses on the circuit. Our bus had a collision and after 45 mins of waiting they kicked us off the bus and told us the next bus would be there in 45 minutes and well into an hour later it showed up. Took us all day to go around once with one stop, the rest of the time we were waiting for the bus at unmarked stops. Waste of money. I have done these same tours in London and new York and actually got to hop on and off and see things. You spend your time on a bus or waiting for it.

It’s a v good trip if you’re a solo traveller and wanting to get a broad impression of the city. The temples, the busyness , the pace of all that goes on can be seen in air conditioned comfort. Run alongside your own guide book makes it clearer. It was a safe, easy way to claim a visit to the city.

I always want to do the hop on hop off in every tour so I can see the places first before going independently but Traffic is terrible…especially in china town and I hope the driver can speak a better English .

Disappointing to find out after payment when we checked in for our first stop that the busses run very late. They do not pick up at locations every 15-20 minutes. It can be up to an hour or more between stops.

The traffic in Bangkok is terrible, more than 1 hour in the bus to get to the next stop. Some drivers don’t tell you when is your stop and just continue driving so the bad traffic in the city. Work pits very short. 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

Trip was good enough but maybe not as extensive as many other cities. Easy to find and get tickets. Had a problem with getting downloads with my email and Viator was able to pdf me what I needed. Great service!

Really not worth the cost. The travel through town was ok, but unless you sit upstairs in the blazing heat, you cannot see anything other than the awful traffic jams that delay the coach. The narration was spotty and not very informative. Also the the pickup spot at IconSiam was difficult to locate.

This in my opinion is a great way to explore and learn about art, temples, architecture history etc. it’s get also because you can get off and on at any of there spot and carry on at your leisure as long as this process doesn’t change I will always recommend this

Traffic is horrendous in Bangkok so you spend a long time getting round. Also there are no signs for where the bus stops so you must use the QR to identify where to stand

This experience never happened. I had issues with the ticket and after I was helped, I still couldn’t find any places to hop on a bus. I was looking forward to seeing more of the city, but that didn’t happen.

Be sure to understand where your hop on hop off locations are because we wasted our money booking this and no one understood what we were talking about when asked where we could get on this bus even with my map and addresses. So ended up wasting our money booking something I was looking forward to.

This is a very good way to find your feet and see the sights of Bangkok. The 48 hour ticket is best, as it gives you enough time to get off the bus and visit the many lovely places in Bangkok

I enjoyed this thoroughly. I saw so much on this hop on hop off. The bus was clean. They had audio in different languages and wonderful air conditioning! This is a must do on the first day of any vaca... then you can go back and visit the sites that you want to. . Or better yet…get a three day pass and you won’t have to drive around to see the things you want to you can utilize the bus.
I take these buses in every city that I go to and I love them

The buses are new and air con but not very frequent sometimes waiting 45 mins and sometimes very slow but the way to fast. First day dint even get one route finished

Bus waited for more than 1hour at the starting point and we have been frying on the upper deck. Once started, we were always stuck in the traffic - Bangkok seems to suffocate in cars. Very little explanation provided over the head-sets, more music than anything else.

Sound was great. Exploring the city by bus, was an experience getting to know the history of Bangkok and become a little more familiar with the place. Frequent departures that allow you to get on the tour early morning until late afternoon. Bought a 72 hour pass, but won't be using it for the last day.

It’s nice that you can start at any stop, but the website does not make it clear enough where the stops actually are. The gps tracking is essential but it’s not always accurate. Refresh your browser often. Don’t trust even the signs you might see for the bus as they are also not accurate. I had trouble with the audio in English too. All in all, the service was delivered as advertised but I don’t think it’s a good option to see Bangkok, especially if you have only one day. Use the TukTuks instead and make the most of your time.

The bus was nice and clean, with a good driver. The stops were great for seeing a lot for Bangkok. The audio was hard to hear, even with the volume turned all the way up.

The meeting place at Siam Paragon was a bot of a challenge but not to bad. It's on the south side of the mall by the employee entrance. There is a large sign. The ride it self was comfortable and informative. There are multiple busses to catch if you decide to "hop off" you just have to wait until they arrive but you can watch them in real time as they approach on thie app. I enjoyed the ride...about 2.5 hours total
