Awesome Villages Tour

The villages are beautiful and Frederic, our tour guide, was fantastic! The visit to the monastery was one of the highlights. There were also some quaint little shops where guests could purchase souvenirs. My sister and I had a wonderful time!

Wonderful tour with Terry

Terry was amazing very understanding very knowledgeable and definitely went above and beyond expectations so far the best tour guide we have had in our two week tour of France. We have book several tours in several cities and this tour takes the cake by far. Terry took us to some of the most stunning locations, views and shared restaurant recommendations which were on point :) we are glad we met him.

Tour destinations were mostly quite good but had little time at some of them. May be better to drop 1 or 2 to allow a less rushed experience. Also recommend providing a detailed Itinerary so people can decide if this tour is appropriate for them and their family. Guide was quite nice.

O roteiro passa por pequenas vilas típicas da Provence, lindas e pitorescas. Porém, no cômputo geral, o passeio foi um tanto decepcionante. Compramos a excursão com o sinal de bandeira do Brasil, especificamente com GUIA FALANDO PORTUGUÊS pois um dos participantes do grupo não fala inglês ou francês. Na hora, aparece para nos buscar no hotel, um guia ALEMÃ Connie que fez todo o passeio com explicações em INGLÊS e, ainda por cima, reclamou quando eu estava traduzindo as explicações para a minha prima. Reclamei também e a guia, após ligar para a agência de turismo local, esclareceu que o guia que conduz os passeios em português estava de férias e a agência não entrou em contato conosco para avisar. Desculpou-se, porém o inconveniente permaneceu, sem contar o fato que o serviço contratado não foi prestado como esperado e sem sequer uma explicação por parte da agência. Não é a primeira vez que isto ocorre com passeios contratados com a Viator na Itália houve o mesmo problema e fizemos a excursão com guia falando Inglês e não Português, como contratado. Fica o alerta que o idioma escolhido nem sempre será respeitado pela agência prestadora de serviço no local, sem explicações ou esclarecimentos ou desculpas por parte da Viator.
