Excellent tour for first-time travellers - sights, history. Jason was a good storyteller, knowledgeable, proud of his city, and possessed a good sense of humour that made the tour fun! He even gave tips on how to self-explore the city. I highly recommend the tour and Jason!

If you are looking for quick overview of Auckland, it’s a great drive by tour. If you have mobility issues then this would be a grand tour. The guide was friendly, however to much about his personal life growing up in New Zealand around the Auckland area. I would like for him to slow down as much as possible when pointing historical or interest sites. Also, I would have heard more about the sites, history and point of interest. I know that to keep the tour interesting most guides tell jokes, his was a little overboard. The tour overall was okay

This is a great tour of Auckland. In 3 hours and you’ll see so much and drive by lots of highlights. After this you’ll know where to go back to! We went up the Sky Tower after and then later took the ferry across for dinner. That’s Amore is incredibly fantastic outstanding food! We had the Walnut Salad and a Margarita Pizza!

Informative, fun and not strenuous half day tour with great guide and driver Murray and very efficient Bush and Beach company. We got a comprehensive overview of Auckland in a small group where nobody was overlooked. Very recommended.

We saw highlights of the city including th University of Auckland, the Harbour bridge, and we stopped at the beach to see a volcano, the Winter Garden, and drove to the top of the city with amazing views of the surrounding areas.

This was a perfect way to wrap up our time in New Zealand. Our tour guide was super knowledgeable, enthusiastic and funny as well. We clearly loved the city and enjoyed taking us around. We exited the bus and immediately took the ferry back to Devonport as per his recommendation. We would definitely recommend this.

This excursion was a nice introduction to Auckland and the surrounding area. The tour guide provided the history of the city and showed us the beaches and the sites of inactive volcanoes. Beautiful scenery!

Easy going interesting informative pleasant tour to give you multiple views of the city’s buildings and structure; with a trip across the Auckland bridge and views back to Auckland from the top of an extinct volcano. Wonderful and highly recommended.

The half day city tour with Wayne was 5 stars. Wayne provided both humor and interesting facts about each part area we visited. The pacing was comfortable and provided a good overview of the Auckland area on our first day in NZ, The highlight of the tour was our stop at Narrow Neck Beach Cafe where we had our first taste of hand crafted meat pies. The were exceptional and the best we had our entire trip. Highly recommend this as a first day tour to get a feel for the city. Wayne was a great source of information on places to dine and things to see in Auckland.

This excursion is fine for older people that do not want to walk much, but it wasn't really what we were expecting. We only had 3 stops Mt Victoria, a beach, and the Winter Garden. Mt Victoria was super rushed, beach was more of a bathroom and coffee stop, and Winter Gardens I think we could've done without...The entire tour was driving around, too much info to take in, no time to actually take any pictures or enjoy what the guide was talking about. The most time we had at a stop was at the Winter Garden, and honestly you can see gardens elsewhere in the world, it not something that amazing or noteworthy about the city, unless its a longer tour and you want to fit more things in it to fill up time. I'm guessing there are way more important things to visit in Auckland though.
We did an excursion in Sydney which was a small group morning walking tour and that was great. We knew there was driving involved in this small group Auckland tour, but we didn't realize the extent of it. I would recommend making more stops, giving people more time to walk around and enjoy/soak in all the info that the tour guide is giving us. Maybe choose different stops, Mt Victoria was great, beach was fine, but I would change the Winter Garden and definitely add other stops...Make the tour longer, or remove some parts. You could start it earlier, finish it later, there are ways to make this a better and more enjoyable tour.
Please note our guide was nice and very informative, he is just doing the itinerary that was given to him, so it is not his fault we didn't like this tour.
