Meet outside Metaxourghio metro station (red line), which is 8 minutes from Syntagma Square by metro. Once you arrive at Metaxourghio metro station, follow the exit to Karaiskaki Square and go up the stairs. Turn right and walk toward the metro station sign.

- In summer season bear in mind to have sunglasses and hat
- Our trip attendant-archaeologist shall have a sign of Ammon Express so that he/she will be recognisable easily once you validate your ticket before the exit of the metro station
- You should be at the departure point 10΄ before the time indicated in the schedule
- The audio guide app will be activated on the day of the tour with the help of our trip attendant.
- To listen to the audio guide app please bring your headphones with you.
- Free admission is granted to: Citizens of the European Union up to 25 years old (with valid ID or passport) Non-EU citizens up to 18 years old
- Reduced admission is granted to: EU citizens aged 65 and over, only for visits between October 1st and May 31st
- Important Note: During the months of June, July, August, September, and October, only the full ticket price applies – no reduced tickets are available for seniors 65+.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travelers

Amazing guide! Very helpful and kind, while still being very informative and answering any questions that we had. I loved this option much more as a solo traveler than taking one of the buses going to the same place. This was the perfect way for me to talk to people and enjoy my day trip. The smaller group was fun and intimate without being weird or awkward. Great day!!

The Delphi ruins are absolutely fascinating. We had excellent weather and the views were incredible. The mountain town where we stopped for lunch had lots of cool shops and taverns to choose from. Our guide gave us a suggestion for lunch and the meal was delicious and affordable.

Booked Small group of 15 but turns to be a big bus with about 25 travellers. No WiFi in the bus and quick stay of 2 hours 30min in the site. No enough time to see the museum / arqueologico site! Needs to run run!

We would like to clarify that our small group tours are defined as groups of up to 25 participants, which was respected in your case. The vehicle used is selected based on operational needs and group size, always ensuring comfort and safety.
Regarding the duration at the site, the time provided is clearly stated in the itinerary description, allowing guests to plan accordingly. The schedule is designed to balance travel time and visits within the overall duration of the tour.
As for the Wi-Fi, it is indeed available on board; however, please note that due to the mountainous route, the signal may be temporarily limited in certain areas, which is beyond our control.

This is a great budget option for folks who want extra time at the archeological site and prefer to roam on their own, instead of being tethered to a tour group. The driver provided interesting facts on the ride up. Arachova was picturesque and a good option for lunch, but little else. We ran into traffic on the return trip and our driver did his best to avoid traffic.

Angelos was an excellent tour guide full of knowledge on everything the area of Delphi has to offer as well as Arachova which is short stop off afterwards! I really enjoyed the whole of the smooth journey through history and the spectacular views (:

A lot of walking on uneven terrain but lots of fun. Far away from the city in nature. While there’s not a ton left it’s still worth the trip especially if you enjoy history.

Perfectly paced tour providing ample time to visit Delphi and Arachova with lunch included along the way. The driver was excellent in explaining the historical significance of the respective sites and was on hand to answer any questions raised. Fully recommend the tour to anyone thinking of doing the same. A+++++

Elia was our tour guide during this trip and she was wonderful. She taught us all about Delphi on the way, and drove wonderfully despite that we had many detours due to strikes.
You do have to purchase your ticket at Delphi, but I enjoyed the independence of touring both that and Arachova on our own rather than having to follow someone around. They do offer an audio guide as well.

Our guide/driver welcomed us in a small group. We were comfortably transported to Delfi. She presented some of the history of the area during our transportation. We were free to explore the site on our own at our pace. The museum presented some interesting artifacts. The venture to Arachovia was close. Interesting area, good food. Thank-you for the opportunity!

We had a pleasure to visit archeologycal site and museum of Delphi as well as Arachova village. The time dedicated to Delphi and museum was not the same as mentioned in tour descripton. But it was enough. Also we didn't visit Delphi village. Which was mentioned in the tour itinerary. And we didn't visit Castalian spring. We thought we didn't find it. But as we realised later it is situated away of archeological site. Also have in mind that the road to Tolos of Athena Pronaia is closed. So you will not visit is as well.
The time in Arachova village was a bit too much. As there's no much to see there. Also we expected big tourist bus. But they use a small Mercdes van. The driver and the guide is the same person. Her driving style was a bit crazy. Constant acceleration and braking. But everything was on time. And we came back safe.

Everything was fabulous, especially Vivian, but the bus/van was incredibly uncomfortable. My back hurt the whole time. There were no arm rests or foot rests. Also, the blacked out windows obscured the view.

Fantastic day trip to get out of the city chaos. Our guide Julia was awesome, charming, sweet, and very informative. The bus was very comfortable with impressive wifi on board, didn't drop during the whole trip. You are given 2 hours and 15 minutes to see delphi's ruins and the museum next door. At first I thought that it would be rushed but we felt we saw both sites with a nice pace. I'd recommend to hike up the mountain to the stadium in one go, then decend slowly and take all the breathtaking photos you want and enjoy the different stunning views. The tour also included a tour guide app which you could play at anytime, we played it in reverse as we were walking down. 2 hours in a beautiful mountain town for food or exploring and we were back to Athens by 5:30. I like the idea of taking the metro to the outskirts and then taking our tour bus next to the highway, much faster route. Great trip, would strongly recommend to anyone.

The tour was one of my favorite parts of my trip! Vassilios (I hope I'm saying the name correctly, sorry!!) was super knowledgeable, funny, and friendly. He gave us the perfect balance of myths, history, and general fun facts (and food recommendations, yum!) And he even helped us navigate the way back when we learned of a sudden metro strike.
The ride was comfortable and the schedule was perfect. Arahova and Deplhi were both beautiful sights that looked different from Athens, definitely worth the ride. Would love to join this tour again if I get the chance to visit again :)
