Driver not there for pick up upon arrival. We were told would it would be 7 minutes. Checked with girl 10 minutes later and was told another 7 minutes. Then a white van took us to our hotel, not a nice black sedan as pictured. We were disappointed with service.
My Driver Ziggy was excellent, on time and drove clean cars. I would recommend this service to anyone needed transportation from the airport to your hotel accommodations.
Excellent driver! Met us at the airport on time and got us to pur hotel very quick and was super polite.
Making Memories was fantastic! We used them for private transportation to and from the airport in Aruba. They were on-time, if not early. The process was seamless. We did not have to wait. Upon arrival in Aruba, our car was there waiting for us. Departure day, our driver was early, which was great. He was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend Making Memories.
Where we meet them at the airport she was Very attentive guided us personally to our transport vechile. Driver was very informative about the area and kind. Five stars.
The team warmly greeted our party upon arrival at the airport. We were quickly escorted to our transportation vehicle and then on to pur resort.
The drivers were very professional and courteous. There was a slight wait for the airport pick up when I arrived, but it wasn’t too long. The vehicles were well maintained as well.

I would just say that you must be vigilant when it's time to be picked up. They have your name on a tablet but if their English isn't fluent then you might get overlooked.
Unfortunately, once we arrived to the airport, we did not see the tablet with our name on it. Eventually, we had to walk around for about 15 to 20 minutes to find someone to help us. We did find someone to help after calling the number from the reservation. We then had to wait about 30+ minutes or so for a ride to even arrive. The driver was very nice, but after a five hour flight, it was a bit frustrating not to have exactly what was told to us.
The driver dropped us off, with luggage, outside the security gate of the boutique hotel that he carried us to from the airport. We later found out that all he had to do was pull up to the gate, call the front office from the intercom unit, and they would have let us drive in. I guess he decided that was close enough and that we could drag our own luggage across the parking lot on the other side of the gate. We will be using a taxi service recommended by the hotel to go back to the airport.

We apologize for the inconvenience. It was the driver's first day at the company and was not aware of that specific detail.
They were waiting for us with our name on a sign and the driver arrived about 5 minutes later. Friendly driver.
Renato and the new lady, who was in training were simply amazing. Very friendly, pleasant and down to earth. Provide us with a few suggestions of things to see on the islands and advised how safe it is on the island. Renato was humorous and kind. Overall, I give them both 10/10! Keep up the great work guys!

Our transport experience was excellent. Our drivers were very good an informative. We were a family of eight and they accommodated us to our hotels. They made us feel welcome and comfortable.
