Amazing Drivers

Renato and the new lady, who was in training were simply amazing. Very friendly, pleasant and down to earth. Provide us with a few suggestions of things to see on the islands and advised how safe it is on the island. Renato was humorous and kind. Overall, I give them both 10/10! Keep up the great work guys!

Car was over 45 minutes late for pickup. Reserved a Tahoe or similar and received an Explorer. Had to seek out a contact at airport, who then stated the driver was in traffic when in fact the company just scheduled poorly. Driver was fantastic.

I have used Viator for airport pickup/drop off, tours in Italy, Norway, Amsterdam and Aruba with now complaints at all. This past trip there was no one there. We had to search for our pick up and when we found him he still had to call our driver. The experience was awful and I should be refunded for such horrible service
