Making memories was very responsive and communicated well the entire time. My name was on a laptop after we got out of customs and the individual that was waiting for us to arrive called the driver and he was there within 5 minutes. Fantastic experience, would highly recommend.

We had a great experience with our trip to and from the airport. The drivers were very nice and happy. Our return trip was great because our driver took us by way of the downtown which we had not seen. We went to and from the airport and the hotel in minutes. I have used them before and would use them in the future. You should too.

Poor communication & follow through

I bought transfer to take me to the airport from my resort and since I had issues with the company getting the days correct when we originally arrived to take us to the resort, I sent a message through WhatsApp about getting picked up at a certain time since I never received any message from the company to let me know what time they were going to pick me up. In the message I specifically stated where we were to be picked up and taken to the airport, the date and the time I wanted to be picked up. I received a response through WhatsApp confirming the pick up. The site said they were usually there about 15 minutes before the time of pick up and when they weren't there 10 minutes after the scheduled time, I tried to call the company but only got a voicemail so I texted again through WhatsApp asking where my ride was and was told they were on the way. The driver told me that he was on the way to pick up someone else from a different resort and said he was told to pick is up instead since he was close and they would send a different car to pick up the other guest at the other resort. He said that there was no one scheduled to pick us up but luckily he was close. Very poor service.

The whole reason i got a car service in aruba is because they said they will track the flight and be waiting outside when you show up. Got outside no one with and iPad waiting I had to find someone after waiting 10 mins to call somebody. Then someone finally showed up and said the driver is on the way. Waited another 20 minutes and finally just jumped in a taxi. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Super smooth process when we landed- we walked through customs and they had our name on a sign waiting and ready! There was a long line for taxi service, so it was definitely worth it to have a car all ready for us to head straight to the resort, without a long wait! Our return pick up was also above and beyond. Our flight home kept getting delayed, and we were able to move our pick up time at the hotel back every time by calling Marc directly- he was so flexible and it was much appreciated! All in all, we would recommend!!

We were delayed. You had our flight info to know when we were getting in. Thats your responsibility. We can't communicate while we are flying. We waited for 20 mins then asked someone to help us. He then called a guy from the company to pick us up.

Very unprofessional. Driver was great but pickup was not. Had our names in an iPad that was unattended. Waited over 20 minutes for car to arrive. The “kid” in charge was running around and looked like he worked for different companies. Was not a great experience.

Easy to find when we landed and retrieved our bags. Drivers both ways were great and very friendly. Cars were extremely nice, clean and comfortable. Would definitely book with them again. Very accommodating — and he was earlier than our time frame to pick us up at our Airbnb.

Driver great. Viator App Chat people could communicate better

Our driver was great, car was beautiful, I would want the exact same service again. However, I never got a confirmation of my return trip or pickup time and had to contact them multiple times to get one. Not the driver’s fault at all, it the Viator App chat people that needs improvement and clarity in communication. Actually, Viator was perfect in communication when we landed in Aruba, it was the departure communication when leaving that needs improvement. But, I will give them another chance.
