Usually when you order a pickup at the airport the person picking you up has a sign. We waited, looked around and someone else got our pickup persons attention. He had the sign against the wall. Not very helpful. The driver (Don't remember his name unfortunately) saved the day. He was extremely pleasant and professional! 4 stars for the ride to the Hilton!

Went to the wrong hotel twice, no welcome sign, had to contact Viator to figure out where the driver was. For almost $200 for a 10 minute drive I expected better service.
