This is a nice service, HOWEVER, don't waste your $. The greeter was there & escorted us through but the airport needs to handle baggage more efficiently. We ended up waiting 1/2 hour for our bags...with the other travelers who DIDN'T get the VIP escort. Disappointing that the airport has all US flights arriving at the same time-between 1-2 PM. Space these flights out so people can quickly grab their luggage & start their vacation. Will not pay over $300 for thus again.

From the time we landed we had a rep meet us at our gate with our names on a tablet. They locked up out luggage and we Blasted through customs. I mean vlated through Customs was no more than 5 mins. I wish this survice was offered all over the islands.

Outright Deception. A Complete Scam Disguised as “Transportation.”
This is one of the most misleading, dishonest, and infuriating services I’ve ever encountered while traveling.
This company appears on Viator when you search for airport-to-hotel transportation. It requires you to input your destination details, which strongly implies you will be transported there. I paid $680 for my family, expecting an actual ride.
What did we get?
Someone met us off the plane… and then vanished.
No car.
No ride.
No luggage assistance.
No transport of any kind.
We were left standing there, confused, with all our bags, forced to find our own transportation after already paying hundreds of dollars for what was supposed to be exactly that.
This service is nothing more than a massively overpriced greeting. Calling this “transportation” is outrageously deceptive.
When I confronted them about this bait-and-switch, they were defensive, rude, and completely unapologetic. No accountability. No concern. Just attitude.
This listing should be removed. It is intentionally misleading, preys on tired travelers, and takes advantage of families who assume they’re booking an actual transfer.
If you are traveling to Aruba and searching for transportation: DO NOT BOOK THIS. You will feel cheated, frustrated, and angry—because that’s exactly what this experience delivers.

For clarity to future travelers, the service reserved was our Airport Arrival VIP Meet & Greet Assistance, which includes personalized assistance inside the airport. Ground transportation is not included in this service and is offered separately, as outlined in the service title and description on Viator. That said, we understand how the booking flow may have caused confusion, and we sincerely regret this.
Our team did meet your family upon arrival and provided the complete arrival service as booked. We are sorry that, despite this, the experience did not align with what you expected.
First Class Experience Aruba has proudly provided VIP airport services for over a decade, and we place great importance on transparency and guest satisfaction. We are actively working with Viator to further improve the clarity of our listings and have reached out privately since yesterday to offer a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill although the complete service was provided.

For the price I paid I was expecting a VIP experience and received everything BUT. Upon my arrival, I was not met off the plane by anyone. Not to mention , Id booked this service about 4 weeks in advance. I was told they had to contact the office. They contacted the office and just sent a random person. All he knew to do was to walk me out. I didn't get any kind of tour or knowledge about Aruba at all.
While waiting I was getting frustrated because all the passengers on my flight had already deplaned and made it out the airport. I was about to just leave and one of the flight attendants made the comment that it wld be rude... As if I had not paid for a service and been stood up.
I was very disappointed and depending on the resolution, more than likely will not recommend.

When considering this experience, you always wonder, if it is needed. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon with five other flights, the line was extremely long. This team was both polite and efficient in moving our group of 8 through the long wait. Very helpful connecting us to our car service. Outstanding.

We arrived to Aruba with their staff waiting for us as soon as we got off the flight. They were amazing and helpful throughout the entire process. It wasn't crowded that day but they still expedited us throughout the entire lines and to our baggage claim area. Yes I will be using them again especially if we come during peak season.
