Start a spectacular evening with an Aruba sunset cruise, departing from Pelican Pier. An expert crew welcomes you aboard the catamaran and sets sail along the coastline while you settle in with a drink from the open bar and enjoy some snacks.
Keep your camera on hand to capture the perfect photo as the last of the sun’s rays create the quintessential tropical sunset. After the sun sinks below the horizon, marvel at its fiery glow across the sparkling Caribbean.
On your return to shore, sate your appetite with our custom dinner at the Pelican Nest Seafood Grill, a thatched-roof restaurant located on the end of Pelican Pier. Enjoy waterfront views and a glass of wine as you dine.
With its prime location, the venue makes for a wonderful end to your evening. After your meal, you can continue the party with tropical cocktails at the Pelican Bar (own expense).

I had the most fun with David, Sam, Sal and Jayden, the cruise was amazing and beautiful scenery. The staff was so nice and accommodating, I was able to get the best pictures for my instagram from David the photographer lol. The open bar was never ending and the music playlist was a mixture for all the demographics on the boat. The little bites of food were definitely a bonus to help even out the bar but the cherry on the top was the Pelican Pier dinner. It was SO GOOD!! Honestly one of the best excursions I’ve ever been on. Can’t wait to do it again!!

Sunset cruise was fun and drinks were good. Dinner was disappointing. Fish was just ok. I would suggest having choices for people to pick from. Steak was hard to chew.
Such a fun and exciting thing to do! The sunset was beautiful and the boat was a very smooth ride. The staff were super friendly, they offered little snacks and had a full bar on ship. Would definitely recommend to do the seaside dinner as well.
Crew members were excellent. Ship was in great shape. Totally enjoyable experience. Highly recommend.

Evening cruise is just hard liquor and soda. No beer or wine. Dinner was suppose to be limited menu which sounds like a few options but it is a fixed menu . Food was not bad but service between courses is very slow

Our onboard open bar includes rum, gin, vodka, whiskey, cocktails, water, juices, and sodas, while beer and wine are not included. Dinner at Pelican Nest is a four-course set menu, with alternatives available for guests with specific dietary needs. Since you mentioned seeing it described as a limited menu, we’d be grateful if you could let us know where you found that information so we can review it. We had a great time. The crew were friendly which made our experience that much more exciting! Although it was a little cloudy we could still see an amazing sunrise! We had drinks and hors‘doeuvres aboard the catamaran music was lively and dinner after which was delicious. We couldn’t eat it all because we were full so we took our leftovers with us I would do this experience again!

A classy laid back way to end our evening. The sunset cruise was beautiful and relaxing. Unlimited drinks were great. The food at the pelican was wonderful but we did not order from the limited menu. We ordered from the regular menu not included with this exchursion. I suggest just paying for the cruise without the meal and buying the meal separate.

2 hour-ish Cat cruise was good, friendly, windy, good people & crew.
Drinks/snacks/music- sort of like being at someone's wedding appetizer/cocktail hour.
4-course at the dock/Pelicans Nest was good- Good Salad, good fish trio of calamari+tuna+grouper ceviche, main grouper+beef+shrimp, & coconut flan w/berries + a glass of wine.

The cruise was better than expected! The boat crew was the best part, they knew how to keep the energy alive and made the whole thing fun. The snacks they gave on the boat were great too! The drinks were a bit watered down but still had alcohol in them. The sunset was super nice. The dinner was not too good, the dishes were a bit underwhelming. The desert was the best part.

The sunset cruise was great. The crew were all very engaging and had my 76 year old mom dancing around the boat like a spry teenager. The snacks, drinks, music, and overall atmosphere was an absolutely perfect way to spend our last night on the island. Josh, Jesse, and the rest of the crew were amazing!

If you’re celebrating an anniversary or another special occasion, I would not recommend this cruise. I booked it for my wedding anniversary, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations.
The evening started with a long wait just to board. Guests are instructed to arrive at 5:00 p.m., but boarding didn’t begin until around 5:30 p.m., leaving everyone standing on the dock. While the cruise itself had some romantic elements, there were a large number of children onboard, which felt out of place given the open bar atmosphere.
The frustrations continued after the cruise ended. We had to wait nearly 10 minutes at the host stand before being seated at the restaurant. It would have made much more sense for the restaurant to reserve a section for cruise guests returning from the boat. Overall, it seemed clear that communication and coordination between the cruise staff and restaurant staff were lacking.
For a special occasion experience, I expected much better organization and customer service!

Regarding check-in, guests are asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to departure to complete the required waivers and confirm their participation before boarding. We also provide seating areas for those who prefer to relax while waiting for the boarding process to begin.
Pelican Adventures' catamarans are family-friendly experiences designed for guests of all ages. While an open bar is included, alcoholic beverages are served only to guests 18 years and older, and we offer a variety of non-alcoholic options for younger guests. For those seeking an adults-only experience, we also offer luxury cruises aboard our schooner, Monforte III, which are exclusively for guests 18 and older.
We are also sorry to learn that you experienced a wait before being seated at the restaurant after the cruise. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially when celebrating a special occasion, and we will share your comments with both our cruise and restaurant teams.

The catamaran was big enough and we had a nice big group! It does get very windy on the sail. The view is nice and the crew was fun and engaging. The apps they gave us were really good. The drinks were ok it was watered down. The food at pelican was really good!

Check in was very slow. I arrived 30 minutes early. They told me I had to wait until 5:00. So we sat at the bar until 4:55 and to our surprise, a long line had formed. We had to go to the back of the line. I was so upset. So why rush to get there early, when you can’t check in early. Why didn’t someone give us the waiver forms while we were waiting? Just a thought. The clouds didn’t cooperate so we didn’t see the sunset (bummer). But the cruise was awesome. The team was great!

What an awesome excursion; we set sail the first night in town, after touching down on this one very, very HAPPY island, earlier in the day. This choice abruptly launched us directly into vacation mode. The rum punch was flowing, and the crew was exceptionally accommodating in a very genuine way.
We got the sense that they want you to have an incredible experience, so they’ll challenge you and even show you the ‘ropes,’ but they’re not pushy and didn’t make anyone feel out of place. They had a great feel for the vibe the passengers were looking for and knew who to poke a little fun at (this guy).
The cruise itself runs about two hours, allowing enough time for an oceanview dinner on Pelican Pier upon docking. Your time on the water takes you through sunset, so snap all the pics you want and get the crew involved too, they’re no strangers to the photobomb lol.

It was everything promised and more. Crew was exceptional. On top of service and snacks were well done. Fruit kebab and cheese and even empanadas and beef croquettes. Dinner was plentiful and delicious. Couldn’t eat it all. Was able to take home.

Cruise was fantastic, captain and crew were welcoming and made sure everyone had what they needed. Well worth your time. The dinner after the cruise was a prefixed menu, no alternate selections. Food was good, however not sure I would have otherwise selected the restaurant.
