Before the start of this tour, we will pick you up at your hotel, your Airbnb, or at the cruise port. Please make sure you fill out your pick-up location. Our pick-up time is between 8:30-9:00 AM or 1:30 - 1:45pm. **CRUISE PORT PICK UP LOCATION**: The pick up zone is outside the main port gate on your right hand side in front of Ocean drive store.

Dolfi was a great tour guide and driver. He want out of his way to make sure everyone had a great experience and answer all of our questions.
We were panicked because driver was late and we thought he already left cause we waited by the ship, bit confused. When he arrived to pickup spot, he had guests inside and after picking us up, he picked up more guests. So multiple pick ups without saying anything to the guests. We understand there might be other stops but it wouldve been nice to get an introduction, along with a "heads up" before the pick ups. The pickup directions could be more clear! Do not wait upon leaving ship! Theyre not going to meet you outside ship. keep going towards Gate 5 and exit there then turn right to wait under sign indicated in directions. Driver drove very fast, a little wreckless, bumpy roads. There were a couple people who made the trip cumbersome because they stayed longer than allotted 15 mins in each stop, so then the Guide was stressed about time and all he had to do before turning over the vehicle at 1300...twas wild! I think he skipped stops to try to get back on time. He dropped us later than scheduled back to ship, tho we made our report time. Others were dropped late also to hotel or air bnb. Poor guy was stressed, discombobulated. The aloe factory was nce and great products. Excursion couldve been more fun without the mishaps.
Our tour guide, John, was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the tours. John was knowledgeable and engaged in conversations. Great job!

Our tour guide, John, was excellent. Very knowledgeable, safe driver & made sure we toured the island without delays. Best way to visit the northern more rugged country side. Four hours was perfect timing to see it all & within the promised time.

The tour guide was very good and personable. It was a good tour for first time visitors. Having travelled to Aruba many times it was repetitive for us. The Aloe tour was new to mead. It was educational and fun. The products were amazing and I didn’t realize its importance to the country. I would suggest a dedicated stop or pause for lunch. The tour was over for hours and took during breakfast and lunch times. It was great that a snack and water was included. Many thanks to our tour guide for that!

Our tour guide John was very informative about the island, its culture, and its government policies. He showed us locations very important to the well being of the island people
We only had 4 people on our tour and John was phenomenal! His explanations were great and we got to see a lot of Aruba. My favorites were the church, lighthouse and Natural Bridge.
It was a great tour. We really enjoyed John. He took care of us when the air stopped working in our van and had another van delivered that had great A/C!
Tour operator was driver and did not provide scant historical or pertinent information about the island.
Great tour. The only reason for four stars is we didn’t go to the place in the picture (the old fort structure).
I really dislike how they handled my experience. No, I would never recommend them. It was my birthday trip. They could have easily refunded me the money. I missed another tour with a different provider and they handled my situation perfectly. I’m coming back next year with a large family. They could have gotten business from my huge family. However, now I will be going with another provider.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed, but we would like to clarify what occurred. On the original tour date, our driver arrived at your confirmed pickup location and was waiting outside. When we contacted you, you informed us that you had overslept and would not be joining the tour.
Even though the missed tour was not caused by AGW Tours, we offered you a complimentary rescheduling, which you accepted. On the rescheduled date, we once again dispatched our driver to pick you up, but you informed us that you had decided not to attend.
We understand plans can change, especially while on vacation. However, we reserved your spaces and provided transportation on two separate occasions, including a second opportunity at no additional charge. For this reason, a refund could not be approved.
We’re sorry this happened during your birthday trip, but our team genuinely made every effort to accommodate you and provide the service you booked.

The tour guide was excellent He is very enthusiastic, professional. I love the sights. I strongly recommend this company.
Our family (including an 11 year old and 2 teenagers) had a great time with this experience. You get to see so much in such a short amount of time all in a comfortable air-conditioned bus. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable not just about the sites we visited, but also everything having to do with Aruba. We learned so much and got some great pictures of some of the top sites in Aruba.
Take you time and take as much pics because not even the pics tells the beauty if the island. Its something to witness in person
John was very informative and genuinely cared about all his passengers and made sure everyone was taken care of
Absolutely loved this tour !! The best tour I have taken in a while. Very informative yet informal. Took some amazing pictures climb the rock formations, and then stop at the little local bar after coming down the rock formation and was able to grab a drink. My husband loved this much more than he even thought he was going to. Highly highly highly recommend.

Be sure to bring hats an sun screen. The Arubian sun is brutal. All our stops were between 30 to 45 minutes. Enough time to take in the scenery and take pictures.
Never saw the bus, we waited in our lobby for 45 mins , we were called est 840 stating they were on their way 910 they told us they were at the divi Dutch. NOT one time did I tell them thats where we were. So at this point we waited for over and hr and would've had other upset travelers so we told them to just cancel us due to respect of the rest. I would just like a refund for the inconvenience.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that the pickup situation caused frustration and that you were ultimately unable to join the tour.
We would, however, like to clarify that our transportation team did attempt to pick you up. The difficulty occurred because the hotel information provided to us was not specific enough to identify the correct Divi property. During our communication, we were first advised that you were staying at the Divi next to Tamarijn, and later that it was the Divi next to the casino. Aruba has several Divi properties located in the same general area, and these descriptions unfortunately led our driver to the wrong location.
Our team remained in communication with you and continued trying to locate you, including calling around 8:40 AM and subsequently advising you where the driver was. This was not a situation where the transportation simply failed to arrive; our driver was actively attempting the pickup based on the location information we had received.
We completely understand your decision not to further delay the tour for the other guests, and we appreciate your consideration for them. At the same time, we hope you understand that accurate hotel information is essential for shared transportation, as our drivers are coordinating pickups from multiple resorts within a limited pickup window.
We regret that the misunderstanding prevented you from enjoying the tour and appreciate your feedback. Any applicable refund request will be handled according to the booking and cancellation policy of the platform through which the reservation was made.
The tour was ok the problem was the transportation the van was old and the tour guide qas no the best!!!sorry he was friendly and we. Ever see the color house like the tour info say

Regarding the colorful houses mentioned in the tour information, we apologize that this part of the experience did not match what you expected. Depending on traffic, road conditions, timing, and operational circumstances, the route may occasionally require adjustments.
