Before the start of this tour, we will pick you up at your hotel, your Airbnb, or at the cruise port. Please make sure you fill out your pick-up location. Our pick-up time is between 8:30-9:00 AM or 1:30 - 1:45pm. **CRUISE PORT PICK UP LOCATION**: The pick up zone is outside the main port gate on your right hand side in front of Ocean drive store.

Never saw the bus, we waited in our lobby for 45 mins , we were called est 840 stating they were on their way 910 they told us they were at the divi Dutch. NOT one time did I tell them thats where we were. So at this point we waited for over and hr and would've had other upset travelers so we told them to just cancel us due to respect of the rest. I would just like a refund for the inconvenience.

John was outstanding, very professional and led us on an amazing trip. Aruba has rich and very intriguing history. It is worth one day of your stay to learn about and gain an appreciation for such beautiful people and the country.

Guide was good. Too much time spent at Aloe factory, not enough time at other locations. 10 minutes per stop made entire tour feel rushed.

What an incredible experience! The Countryside Bus Tour in Aruba was one of the highlights of our trip. Our tour guide, Dolphi, was absolutely amazing—friendly, funny, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained every stop in great detail, sharing the rich history and culture of Aruba in a way that kept everyone engaged.
He even made sure we stayed comfortable by providing water throughout the tour, which was such a thoughtful touch. You can truly tell he loves what he does, and his passion made the entire experience even more enjoyable.

Our tour guide was not informative about the nature bridge after my wife got home and googled the information we found out that the bridge collapsed in 2005. Our tour guide was not informative about the sites we were going too. My wife I learn more googling the information.😡😡😡😡

It is truly a country side tour. We traveled many side roads with turns and bumps in route to our destination. Our tour guide was put at a disadvantage because of one person who was very late for pick up and did not comply with the times allotted at each stop.

Great tour. Saw a lot of the island, neighborhoods as well as the scheduled stops. Air conditioned bus, easy on/off. Bring cash for treats/drinks like a smoothie at some stops and to climb lighthouse. Had a great time, felt like I saw much of Aruba.

Our tour guide, Dolfci, was excellent and knowledgeable about the island. The tour was to 4-5 historic locations with guided historic facts. There was time to scope at local market and get coconut drinks! My family had a splendid time and met new friends along the way! Highly recommended.

The advertisement stated that Lunch would be provided/included. We were offered chips and water - not Lunch. Instead we stopped at a grocery store. Our tour guide was good.

Small group tour in a mini van. Driver was running late but great communication from the office. Learned about the island and culture ; more than the normal tourist sites. Particularly enjoyed the aloe factory and climbing the rock formations. Great way to get an orientation to the island if you are staying for a few days or a port tour.

My husband and I took The Countryside Tour. John was our guide, and was a wealth of information about Aruba. The locations visited provided beauty, a variety of landscapes, and the Island’s history.

Best experience around Aruba. I had time to enjoy all the stops. Including doing a little shopping at the Aloe store. Since I was alone the tour guides offer to take my pictures when I wasn't able to and other ppl that were in the bus were also very kind.

While our driver,John, was great your pick up instructions are TERRIBLE and incorrect!!!!! Even when I called for assistance I was given false information. On my pick up it stated "at the cruise terminal but it fact we had to walk off the pier quite a distance to try to find our driver. You need to be more precise on your pick up information. I was very frustrated but we did enjoy the tour. Other passengers from our ship had difficulty also.

Very relaxing tour. All the historical information you need to know about Aruba. I think they should add an hour of shopping to the trip. I had an exciting adventure. I think you should ask for John. He was phenomenal.

Guide was great...John...I think. But having to sit in the same seat where I couldn't see anything...or ask questions while traveling. I asked if we could rotate seats at stops...but that didn't happen. John was great...but don't sit in last row in aisle seat. I waited 1 hr early to be 1st one there and very pushy orhers jumped ahead and blocked me from sitting by a large window. I think the guides should rotate group seats so all who paid the same get same experience. 3 in my group. Thank you

Guide very thorough. Spoke drove and active the whole 4 hours. Nice air conditioned van. Guide very kind. Went out of his way to help physically challenged, very informative left no questions for anyone to ask. Vey friendly. I wish all tours went like this and we've been on over 170 excursions
