Walk down the walkway between the Hilton and RIU Palace. You will see the Coconuts Gift Shop on De Palm Pier. Enter the Coconuts Store and go to the counter to check-in for your activity.

What To Expect
Meet at the pier to board your luxury catamaran. Meet your friendly captain and crew before pushing off from the dock.
Sidle up to the open bar and order a drink, then find a spot on the deck of the catamaran to relax. Enjoy the fading afternoon light on the sundeck, duck below decks or stretch out on the netting between the catamaran's two hulls. Munch on light snacks while you unwind and prepare for the end of another day in paradise.
Feel the wind in your hair and the last rays of the sun on your skin as the sun sinks towards the horizon. Pull out your camera for photo ops against the backdrop of one of the Caribbean's famous sunsets.
The boat will return to the pier after two scenic hours.

Enjoyed this, even though it was very windy it was still a pleasant ride. Drinks were good, snacks were ok but of course you're not there for the food. Randy and the rest of the crew were great and you could tell they wanted everyone to have a great time! A wonderful way to see the sunset in Aruba. Recommended

Wonderful cruise! This was our first visit to Aruba. The cruise was easy to book and easy to find and board. Very smooth sailing which was great since I haven't been on a boat in years and was a little nervous about sea sickness. Staff was very friendly. A very relaxing trip and the sunset was beautiful.

Overall, the Viator sunset cruise in Aruba was absolutely worth the money. The open bar offered a great selection of drinks, the music set a fun and relaxed tone, and the overall vibe onboard was lively yet laid-back. The crew truly made the experience memorable, they were warm, welcoming, and personable, which added a genuine touch to the evening. The cruise itself was the perfect length, not too short, not too long, and watching the sunset from the water was stunning.
The only downside was the check-in experience at De Palm Pier. On 10/6/25 and again on 10/7/25, I encountered staff members (specifically the Hispanic women working those days, mentioned only to help identify who was involved) who were dismissive, unwelcoming, and carried a noticeably negative attitude. Out of all the places I visited during my time in Aruba, this interaction stood out in the worst way. Their demeanor genuinely made me reconsider going through with the excursion.
Thankfully, once onboard, the cruise itself, the crew redeemed the experience. I don’t believe those individuals reflect Viator as a whole, but it’s worth noting for future guests and management. If the check-in process matched the quality of the cruise, this would’ve been a flawless experience.

Beautiful boat!! Drinks and snack was perfect. I was shocked to see a few kids on board. Needs to be a longer excursion as well, give the drinks time to kick in.

My husband and I had a lovely time! The views were beautiful. There were lots of seating/standing options on the boat. Our favorite part was our guide Cesar- he had us laughing and dancing plus kept the drinks flowing! The crowd was largely older than us (we’re in our early 30s) and we got to meet people from all over. Having transportation was also a plus- we stayed farther south and they made arrangements to help accommodate us and make it worth our money. It was a lovely evening!
