Pauline was wonderful! She informed us what to expect during the tour. She gave us noodles to help hold us up. Great idea, less fatigue from trying to keep afloat. The goggles that she supplied had great visibility no fog. She pointed out where the turtles were of course but also fish, starfish. Was wonderful. The pictures also came out great!

Best experience hands down! We saw a lot of turtles and Ray was the best instructor! He was so experienced and calmed our nerves with the best advice! My dad was 80 yo and he did wonderful! Thinking about doing it, then just do it!!!

My daughter and I travelled from a cruise (alone) to this tour. The guide was very nice and accommodating! He waited for us (we were late, but we let him know we were late). He let us put our belongings in his locked vehicle. He helped me get a taxi afterward. He showed us turtles and other sea life. There were other people and tours around but we never felt like anyone was near us. We had plenty of space and saw plenty of marine life. It was amazing and I can’t wait to see the video he took! I hope to come back one day and do this again!!

This was a wonderful experience to see the turtles up close along with other fish and the beautiful sea. Rashym was an amazing guide who made us all feel comfortable and even found an Octopus for us to see! I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone! One of the highlights of our trip!

Best time my daughter & I had in Aruba this week - Ray was professional & equally entertaining & patient with my daughter and I who had never gone snorkeling before we saw several turtles and can’t wait to see the pictures - I’m hoping whoever sees this review remembers to tip your your guide if you can afford $2000 vacation you can afford at the very least $20 gratuity for 2 hours of a life time of memories - if you tip a bartender $1 for 1 minute of service isn’t someone providing a 2 hour service worthy of a tip as well - remember that minimum wages and salaries are much lower and this is how these guides provide for their families

Got off to a bit of a late due, no fault to the operator who got into a car accident on the way. Replacement guide sent and everything went great. Highly recommend. Just waiting on the video now, should be great.

Ray was a fantastic guide! He's incredibly familiar with the area, knows some of the turtles by their color and markings, and has a great sense of humor to boot. We saw a ton of sea turtles on our tour and I learned so much about them that I didn't know. Highly recommend!

Incredible experience! We had a bunch of turtles come up for air right next to us. I’m super excited to see the video we get- I think it’s gonna be a good one. I even had a swarm of fish swim up by me. Our tour guide Ray was AWESOME. He was very kind and informative. Although I was pregnant and super nervous, I felt safe and had a great time. Ray noticed I was looking a bit sick and offered to have me relax on a floaty and pulled me back to shore on the way back.

Incredible experience with Alan and the other snorkeling instructors! They knew so much about the ocean and made me and my husband feel very comfortable. They didn't rush us and knew exactly where to find all the turtles. Highly recommend booking with Underdog Divers. I would book with them again!

This private tour is a must. Take a short taxi ride to Tres Trapi Beach. You swim with the guide using snorkel equipment right from the beach. The guide, Ray, was amazing helping us feel comfortable swimming out a little distance and explained everything perfectly. We saw lots of turtles during our 11 am tour. Squid and a starfish, too. The guide will call a taxi for you to get back to your hotel. We waited a long time and got one that was nearby at another small beach. The beach is very small and it's not really a beach to lay out at so only the people in your group who are snorkeling and going on the tour should go. My friends and husband are in their late 60s and are physically fit to snorkel and this trip was perfect. Would recommend for anyone who loves the ocean and snorkeling and loves turtles. A rare opportunity since many islands do not have these types of tours.

Group of 4 of us enjoyed the turtle spotting snorkel. They supple equipment and pool noodles. We saw many turtles. We were in the water about 1 hour. You access the roped off area at Tres Trapi beach, no boat involved. You supply your own transportation to the beach, which was pretty busy the day we were there. They capture video of you viewing the turtles, then email to you a few days later. Fun activity.

First off, Alan is a great guy and did a very good job. The Address given, 105 Tres Trapi beach is not the Underdog Divers building. It is abandoned and under restoration. If you arrive early, just wait, they will show. My advice to Underdog would be to communicate by phone to explain the meeting situation, because there are no signs for a designated meeting place. Snorkeling was awesome, water is clear and comfortable. Beach is something to see. Thanx Alan!

We also truly appreciate your feedback regarding the meeting point. We completely understand how this can be confusing, especially if you arrive early.
Unfortunately, the booking platform does not allow us to adjust the address to a GPS spot, so we are required to use the closest available address. That’s exactly why we include the detailed instructions in our info message sent out upon booking, to make finding us as smooth as possible.
As for signage, this area is part of a protected nature area, which means placing signs is not permitted by law.
