This was a great experience! We have done many trail rides when we travel and this was one of the best! The guide was excellent, the owner of the establishment was awesome. The horses were gentle and knew their way through the sometimes tough but beautiful terrain. We will do this ride again- highly suggest!

The biggest thing we wanted to do was to ride horses by the ocean. Saya our guide was absolutely amazing. My mother and spouse went with me. Was very hot and I must say use sunblock and bring water. Please bring money to tip shes worth it. My spouse has not riddin horses in almost 40 years and still was able to ride.

It was amazing. Nelson was our guide and he was wonderful! Amazing trail and view. We were a family of 4 adults, 1 child (9 years old) and a toddler (2 years old) and it was fun for all. 10/10 experience!!

Rancho's picked us up a short walk (12 mins) from the cruise port; horses were gentle and easy to manage; rode thru rocky/sandy/hilly cactus area which led us to the ocean. Our guide took pictures for us on our phones. I highly recommend this tour.

Best deal in Aruba!

Our ship was a little late due to the time change. I called Barbara to let her know we may be late and she was so gracious. We were picked up very close to the port and taken to the rustic horse ranch. We were then introduced to our horses and told about their unique personalities and how best to handle them. We then mounted and were on our way. Nelson was a great trail leader (and photographer). We rode by lots of cactus and rocky areas until we arrived at a small cove which was beautiful. The wave action on this side of the island is very strong but there is a small area where Nelson happily took many photos for us. When our ride was over we treated our horses to a large carrot ($1) and were then driven back to our pickup location.

The views once we reached the beach were incredible. Would have enjoyed a faster pace. I would also suggest packing water. Barbara and Nelson were kind. Enjoy some pop, water, or beer afterwards at the bar! We loved Barbaro & Juanito.

Best Way to Engage in Aruba’s Natural Landscape

This was a surreal experience. The quietness was relaxing. Felt like I was back in the 1800s experiencing Aruba’s beautiful landscape by horseback. The views were incredible, from cacti filled deserts to sandy white beaches. This was my wife and I’s first time riding a house and the guide was helpful showing us how to get on and steer the horse from left to right and stop and go. The guide also made sure to stop when needed and took pictures of my wife and i at each landmark. The horses were great, I had Juanez (“John”) who was a bit slower than Victoria’s Secret, which my wife rode. We were picked up from our hotel and driven about 8 mins to their ranch, and the driver was very friendly - his english was strong so that helped too. Incredible experience overall, just be sure to hydrate and plenty of sunscreen before. Wear a hat.

One of the best experiences we’ve had! The horses were calm and clearly well taken care of. We had a group ranging from 5 years to 62 years and everyone felt safe and secure throughout the ride. The Aruban countryside is beautiful and coming out to the ocean cove was breathtaking.

The owner was prompt in picking us up from our Airbnb, which was local. Upon arrival, we were offered water and a chance to potty. I was able to experience this ride with my two year old, so please bring the kiddos. The ride was adventurous yet safe. I was intrigued by the path and the views we saw. We were lucky to have the 2:30pm tour to ourselves (people usually run from the afternoon sun). Many opportunities for photos and amazing views to take in. Our ride was easy and the perfect pace for a toddler/kids. Definitely worth every dollar!

Our tour guide Nelson was very patient with us on the tour. My daughter is 12 and my son 7 and Nelson led my son’s horse the entire time making it enjoyable for us. The horses were pleasant and the landscape was beautiful. We had a great time.

I booked the tour, got there early and wasn’t feeling well. I ask the person I saw if I was the only one there for the tour and he said yes. I tried calling to explain and I was sent a reply via email I cannot get back my money. Because the tour was ready and everyone was waiting . Lie lie lie…. No one else was there. I told the gentleman I have to cancel and he said ok. Now they took my money and lied! If I could give a 0 rating I would!!!

It was my husbands first time on a horse! He ended up riding Barbaro, who just wanted to do his own thing, lol. The tour guide was friendly and the other worker picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel. We took the 7am tour, and it was gorgeous! The sun had just come up so it wasn’t too hot yet. Our guide was great. Beautiful experience. Horses were easy and safe. I wish they provided bottled water for the ride. Looked like there was a bar for alcohol after but there wasn’t. Still had fun though!!
