This was probably the worst experience I have ever had with a viator company. When we got to Aruba the guy was not where he said he would be. We wondered around looking for him for 15 min until someone, not with the company, told us where to go. They are not at gate 5 at the port and they do not hold a sign with your name like we were told. I tried asking him several questions but he was to busy talking on his phone to answer them. The lady that he had with him said she was with their marketing team. We tried to asked her about gas and maps and she told us we would have to ask him. We never received a map like we were told we would and we never got an answer about the gas. After little to no explaination he took off and we were left with this marketing lady. We asked her about the map that they said we would get and she told us to use our phones to navigate the island. I explained we did not have service on the island and she just kind of shrugged her shoulders. The UTV was rusty and broken. The check engine light was on and when asked about it he ignored me and ran off. We were told to only drive in high gear. Never explained why. Figured out it was because there is something wrong in the engine that wont let you shift out of high gear. Reversing it was a nightmare. The allignment was off so it constantly pulled to the right and it seemed that the powerstearing was going out. He told us no donuts and I laugh because there was no way to even do donuts in that thing because of how hard it was to turn in it. We decided after half the time to bring it back because the breaks didnt work that well and I was afraid I was going to rear end someone. Also while drivong some light kept coming on but when we would turn it off the light would turn back off. When we got back I tried talking to the guy explaining the check engine light is on and he said oh it's a sensor. I told him there is also a light that kept coming on while we were driving and he tried to tell me it was because I wasn't wearing a seat belt. I told him he was wrong. He then accused us of not filling up the tank. I told him he never told us to and he said he always tells people they have to fill it up. I was completely shocked by this. When I tried addressing the stearing issue he told me we just dont know how to drive a UTV which is hilarious because we have rented UTVs in the past and never had this issue. I decided at that point there was no point in trying to address any of the other issues because he just didnt care. If you are thinking about renting from this company dont do it. Their vehicles are trash.

Amazing experience from start to finish! UTV was just outside the cruise port and we got to explore the entire island at our own pace!

the UTV rental was great! there was some confusion on the pick up point at the hotel. but other than that the ride was great. went off roading along the coast and had an awesome time exploring the city. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I rented from Real Deal and it was the best part of our trip. We had a blast! The company picked us up at our hotel and drove us back at the end of our excursion. The side by side seemed brand new. We rented it for 8 hours and we were able to cover the whole island and stop at a few beach along the way and have fun off roading. We will definitely rent from them again when we return to Aruba.

Overall, a fantastic day exploring the island on our own. The vehicle is clean, easy to operate, and the pickup is conveniently located right next to the port (for cruise passengers). A few things you should know, at least for those coming in through the cruise terminal:
1) you meet the agent outside the security area and it's a 45 second walk to the vehicle;
2) if you plan to drop off early, make sure you have a way to contact them (cell or WiFi) - I had to get close to the ship to get my Wifi back and then message them on WhatsApp, which worked great but took me a minute to think about;
3) consider bringing a face cover if you're going off-road on the eastern side of the island - it gets dusty!;
4) remember that this is an open air vehicle, and if you're driving on main roads, there are risks of road debris and strong winds since there is no windshield;
5) I strongly recommend you download an offline map of Aruba before you get there so you can always have an accurate location on demand
We made the mistake of trying to get to Baby Beach on Highway 1, and found ourselves going 65km/hr down a 4 land road and it was NOT a pleasant experience. If you want to explore, stick to side roads whenever possible.
Overall, we loved our experience and would do it again. There's more to see than you can cover in a single 8 hour rental.

Such a great experience from start to finish. Small family run feeling. Machines were newer than some companies on the island. Very easy booking process. Make sure you follow the map they give you to be able to experience everything the island has to offer.

In 8 hrs you can see all the best spots of Aruba. Fantastic day ! We missed the Natura park as by the law you cannot join with a Utv

This was one of the easiest activities to enjoy. We had no issues picking up the UTV - took maybe 5 minutes. We chose to rent it for the day and do our own thing. If you have not driven a UTV previously or prefer a guided tour you might want to choose the group activity. Once on the road we went nearly straight to the land bridge area just outside of the National Park boundary. Note: if you want to go into the National Park you should rent a Jeep as UTV's are not allowed. Plenty of off-roading available between the land bridge and California Lighthouse. We chose not to drive all the way down to Baby Beach as it takes too long in the UTV and is pretty much all paved roads. If you do choose this activity I highly recommend goggles. DeWalt makes some great cheap ones that would be perfect (use some anti-fog spray if available). They have basic swim goggles at the Super Do-it Center for $10 which work well in dust. If you are in a group definitely find a neck gator or something to cover your mouth. Since we were by ourselves the dust was not bad at all.
It's great fun but some might find it tiring with the wind, noise and bouncing, etc.
Be sure to download offline maps as needed. The road signs are, well, mostly not present. So having the blue dot as a reference was very helpful.

Great way to get around the island, far more independence than going with a designated tour group (I wouldn’t recommend if you are bad with maps) got to see many beaches, the beautiful north shore, the light house, gold mine ruins, go cliff jumping into a purple cave with crystal blue waters, and so much more. We did end up getting stuck near the natural bridge at the end of our tour and the staff was very helpful and got it out without charging us (unfortunately, it took until our rental was over for them to get it out though) but they didn’t charge any extra. If I were to redo anything in Aruba it would be the UTV rental. They even provide transport to and from your hotel. Great way to see the island. Would recommend 8 hour rental, 4 is not enough. Very fun to drive UTVs as well!

We were given the worse UTV! A lot of tread was missing off the tires which had us sliding
Going around corners even at a slow speed. The breaks did not work good; we would slide as the brakes would not stop us in a timely manner almost causing us to rear and someone! The ateeeing wheel was misaligned and squealing. There was rust all over it. 2 of the safety belts died not work either. We DID NOT feel SAFE in this vehicle! Very disappointing! We rented from them because the listing showed nice newer vehicles. The other people got the nice ones and we were stuck with an unsafe piece of crap! Bad brakes, bad steering, 2 non functional seatbelts, fishtailing due to bald tires! We should get a refund for this terrible experience. Did not enjoy driving this because we felt very unsafe due to all the above that was wrong with this UTV…

We were convinced to swap the UTV for a jeep as we were told that the UTV was not allowed to to go certain places on the island. The vehicle that we were given was in very poor condition. The keyless remote would not lock the vehicle and we had to push the start button with the key to get it to start. The right back tire was in very bad condition and we were worried we would have a blow out. When we returned at the prearranged time. There was no one to accept the keys and so we had to wait about 45 minutes for someone to arrive. Do not rent from Real Deal.

Very good deal. The Utv was out dated but it was still nice . Got off the boat and couldn’t find where to pick up Utv had to call viator . The rental company should have had a sign so we could find them .

These utv's were so fun! We loved exploring on our own, the only issues was getting them turned in. Took a very long time but not a huge deal since we had enough time to get back on our cruise ship. We definitely got our money's worth with all we saw.

Open our seating. Flexibility of destination! Loved the freedom.
Could use window mesh for the sun, like the original booking showed. The one we had needed a little help on the brakes.

ATV had no working lights

They met us right at the port exit, kept my mobility scooter ot their shop until we returned! They were super nice! The UTV was perfect for the three of us. I can't imagine missing the other side of the island! Thats where the true beauty is!! It does get pretty hot once you've gone a ways, other than that PERFECT!! We most of the entire island, about 6 hours of driving. Thanks guys for a memorable trip!!

Wished we could have gone to see the caves at the National Park. But you can only is Jeeps, I wish we were told that before I rented.
