Your tour departs from the Octopus Aruba beach hut which is located on Palm Beach behind the Holiday Inn. Once you reach the Holiday Inn Hotel, please walk through the lobby until you reach the beach area. Make a left on the footpath and you will see us on your right.

- Children are welcome and infants under two cruise free
- Boarding takes place via a spacious shuttle boat (for up to 15 people) that transports guests to the catamaran. This shuttle, like all our vessels, undergoes inspection every six months to ensure safety and quality. From the beach hut (where check-in takes place), it’s a short 30-meter/ 98 foot ride to the catamaran. This area of the sea is as calm as a lake, with little to no waves throughout the year

We had a wonderful time on the Octopus snorkeling cruise. The Caption and Crew were great! The drinks and snacks were plentiful and delicious. The Crew were courteous and respectful. I would highly recommend this trip.

We had an amazing time on this excursion! Everything about the experience was great. The food and drinks were great and the staff was absolutely amazing- super friendly, attentive, and made the whole trip so much fun.
The snorkeling was a highlight and the spots we went to were beautiful. We were able to see turtles and cool fish. One thing I really appreciated was that the boat wasn’t crowded at all, which made the experience feel much more relaxed and enjoyable compared to some of the other boats we saw.
Out of all the boat options out there, this was definitely the best one we could have chosen. I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, well-run, and memorable day on the water!

Great crew, good snacks and rum punch, made the trip relaxing! Snorkeling was great! The second stop was calm water and we saw sea turtles!

Much better than the big boat excursions that we’ve done in the past. Staff was attentive. Didn’t have people blocking your view. Perfect amount of time on the water.

We came with our 2 year old and it was incredible! The snacks were delicious, the service was amazing, the snorkeling was awesome. I’m not one to usually leave reviews but felt everyone on this boat went above and beyond.

Wonderful experience without a crowd. It was nice to check-in and be able to sit down and wait inside their cabana. They bring a little motor boat from the catamaran to ferry the guests over from the beach and it was quick, easy ride. The catamaran itself was also comfortable and clean.
The experienced Captain and his first mate, the only crew members, were super friendly and knowledgeable, and provided us with history about the snorkeling sites, as well as useful information of where best to stay in the water with respect to the ocean conditions and fish populations. Snorkeling gear was provided and the experiences didn't feel rushed. The shipwreck was absolutely amazing, and there was a lot to see (including some scuba divers exploring the ship from below). We were the first people at the shipwreck site, but even after all the tours joined, the site didn't feel crowed. It was an almost ethereal experience to see the wreck taken over by the sea, the hundreds to thousands of fish swimming right beneath you, lit by the rays of the morning sun. At the reef site, I followed the captain's advice and swan towards the shore, where I saw lots of different fish, colorful coral, sea urchins and a sea turtle. It was super peaceful.
The crew of 2 were attentive and provided plenty of delicious snacks (rolls, sliders, etc.) and drinks throughout the experience. I didn't have any alcoholic drinks during this experience, but the others who did seemed to enjoy them.
Highly recommend this tour!! It was definitely the highlight of my Aruba vacation!

LOVED this brunch Catamaran tour! All of the staff doted on their guests beginning with handing you a mimosas while entering the Catamaran. Snorkel spots were great and finger foods and drinks flowed constantly! Highly recommend and would definitely do this again! My only caution to those unsteady on their feet is you climb into a small boat to be transported to the Catamaran. This may be an issue for some, but we loved it!

If you are a little more seasoned in age, stay on the boat at the first stop. (Shipwreck). The ocean is rough. Get off on the second stop. The staff was excellent. We recommend this excursion.

We had a wonderful time riding the catamaran, snorkeling the shipwreck and seeing all the beautiful fish! We also spotted a turtle! The drinks and food were delicious. The water is crystal clear and just beautiful! The guides were friendly and helpful. We also liked that there is a restroom on board.

Nice evening boat ride. However, the boat railings were sticky and the advertised food was one meatball and one chicken wing. People inside the boat may have gotten more. The drinks were watered down. No napkins were provided with the chicken wing so you had to go inside and ask for one. Could explain why the railings were sticky?

On board with us, guests receive a variety of appetizers served every 15 minutes, and we do not serve meatballs or chicken wings. We also follow strict cleaning procedures, so our railings are never sticky.

My husband and I had a great time. The snorkeling was so fun. I’m glad they provided flippers and snorkel gear. The drinks kept coming and they were very tasty. We were able to see sea turtles and plenty of fish. The souvenir at the end was a bonus. Great experience overall.

We had such an amazing time on the Octopus Catamaran tour! From the very start, Jose greeted us at the beach hut with jokes and card tricks—he set such a fun, lighthearted tone and is truly talented.
Onboard, our captain Richard and deckhand Jameel were fantastic. They were professional, attentive, and full of great info, all while keeping the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable. The whole crew went above and beyond to make it a five-star experience.
Highly recommend this tour if you’re in Aruba—it was an unforgettable highlight of our trip!

The experience of snorkeling wasn't too bad but please be aware that they do not serve brunch!!!!! They gave us about 4 snacks and it was a single one of each thing. Drinks were also watered down. Very misleading title and not worth the price.

We’d like to clarify for future readers that our tours include “delicious brunch appetizers”, as described on our website, a total of six appetizers, not four. These appetizers are freshly prepared every day by a catering service, in multiple batches before the tour, to ensure quality and freshness. According to our many reviews, over 96% of our guests love the food and find it more than enough.
Of course, everyone’s expectations and appetites are different, and it’s not possible to please everyone. We are not an all-inclusive concept where guests can endlessly fill their plates, combined with an open bar. Our focus is on serving quality appetizers, made fresh, together with cocktails and drinks prepared exactly as strong as you prefer.
We invite future guests to take confidence in the experiences of the many satisfied travelers who highlight the quality of our food, drinks, and service. Our commitment remains hospitality, quality, and creating memorable experiences at sea.

Richard(captain) and his crew of 3 were attentive, supportive and knowledgeable. We swam with turtles on our first swim and shoals of fish for our second. Drinks flowed and the snacks were freshly prepared.

My husband and I arrived early and checked in as instructed. At that time, we were asked to complete a waiver and told to step outside the hut for better internet service. Despite this, the process was extremely disorganized. I had to interact with the Octopus representative multiple times just to get the waiver completed. At one point, she had to access my phone settings and airdrop the waiver directly to me — a clear indication that the process was not well managed or streamlined.
In addition, despite having multiple check-ins with the attendant, the shuttle bus left without us. We were given no clear communication or warning, and now the company is refusing to provide a refund.
Given the lack of organization, poor communication, and unwillingness to take responsibility, I would not recommend this service.
The representative is a LIAR!!!

Our check-in time is clearly communicated as 8:30 AM, with boarding at 8:45 AM for a 9:00 AM departure. On the day of your tour, two members of your group arrived shortly before 9:00 AM (already past boarding time) and the other two arrived at 9:10 AM, well after departure. In fact, our staff later learned that part of your group had walked to a nearby bar, which is why you were no longer in sight when boarding took place.
Despite this, and even though your group was not on time, we processed a full refund within one hour as a gesture of goodwill. This is far from “refusing to provide a refund” as your review states.
We pride ourselves on being fair, flexible, and focused on guest satisfaction. It is unfortunate that this situation has been misrepresented, as our priority is always to deliver an enjoyable and well-organized experience for every guest.

We really enjoyed this tour! We had a large group of ten adults and six kids, and it was just the right amount of time for everybody. The guides were very friendly and helpful; they always kept the drinks flowing! It was a great way to spend the morning and would highly recommend!
