An excellent experience

An excellent experience. We were made to feel welcome in our hosts home. Merisa didn’t speak English but we had an interpreter who ate with us and joined in with the experience. We were impressed with Metisa’s attention to detail and she wouldn’t let us get away with anything but that wasn’t up to her standards. The meal we prepared included Ceviche, cold potato and chicken pie, a fresh fruit desert and pisco sour. We would definitely recommend this experience.

On a participé à un cours de cuisine à Arequipa où on a appris à préparer un ceviche, un causa au poulet et un dessert à la mangue, le tout accompagné d’un Pisco Sour maison ! Marisa et sa maman étaient incroyablement sympathiques, rendant l’expérience chaleureuse et mémorable. Si vous voulez découvrir la cuisine péruvienne authentique dans une ambiance conviviale, on vous recommande vivement ce cours.
