“Scam”

When I arrived at the Hotel I’ve been told that the cooking class has to be canceled due to too few participants. That’s unfortunate but you can’t change it. I’ve been promised a refund for my cooking class. After I wrote them again and asked for a refund I’ve gotten no answer and haven’t received my refund! This is just pathetic and sad.

I am extremely sorry to hear you had a problem with your booking. You have been refunded. And we have changed our communication system with Viator in order for not to have the same problems again. But we are not a scam. Our booking personnel did not register your booking in our intern system. A human mistake during the process. We have a permanent place, we are registered as a company in Peru, and we are legal. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Diana was a great instructor and we had a lot of fun. The Causa Rellena was very good. The Lomo Saltado was good, but we've definitely had better versions.

A very so so cooking class in Peru

Signed up for this class to learn some authentic Peruvian recipes. There was one appe recipe, but the whole thing was not Peruvian. We learned a Chinese fried rice! Why? What about a Peruvian chicken curry? Peruvian sea bass grilling or ceviche? Very disappointed! I would give 2 star only.
