We loved our hike through the Seven Hanging Valleys. The limestone formations and coastal views are simply stunning. Our guide was great. The pace was relaxed and never rushed. He also shared local knowledge about a "Secret Beach" near Marinha Beach, which turned out to be a great addition to our adventure.
We hiked one way and at the end, we had an hour to relax and explore the Secret Beach while our guide went to retrieve the car for our drop-offs. With a group size of only eight, the experience felt very personal. Highly recommended!

This was an incredible tour! Our guide was nice enough to contact me a day in advance and tell me to meet them at the first spot as it was much closer to our hotel. We saw all the amazing sights and Ricardo was so informative and nice, always offering to take pictures for people etc. I will just say for people considering this tour is not only is it a lot of walking but it is rough terrain so make sure you have proper footwear!

The experience was listed as involving cliff jumping as an option- which we were told once on the tour that was not included. That was the only reason we booked this tour vs. others. We were told at the first location, that was not included. We then left (less than an hour in), and when we reached out for a refund, were denied. False advertising.

The pickup location listed on Viator was our hotel. The guide sent m sages on a random app the day before. These issues caused us to miss the tour. We were refused a refund.

We would like to clarify that the pickup point selected during the booking process was not within our designated pickup area - For this reason, detailed pickup instructions, including the correct meeting location and time, were sent in advance through the contact method provided with the reservation.
We understand that communication issues can sometimes occur, but all the necessary information was sent within the required timeframe prior to the tour. Unfortunately, as the meeting instructions were not followed and the tour departed as scheduled, we were unable to accommodate a refund.
We always encourage guests to carefully review all messages and tour information before the activity date to ensure a smooth experience.

Ricardo was a good guide. Showed us all the hot spots for good pictures. We recommend this tour but if you are not steady on your feet it might not be for you. There is walking on uneven rocky hilly terrain but you also have a second option to meet the van up ahead without walking the whole 2.5km. The washrooms at the top of marihna beach we're nit working so we took the steps down to the beach area and used the one down there. Its a bit of a walk down. We never did the secret beach because the opening inside the cave was too tight but got a good picture at the front of the opening. It was fun. Fit to see some cats that live there. The municipality built them a shelter which is nice.

This was a memorable experience- thanks to Ricardo's excellent leadership - he is super knowledgeable about the Algarve - geologically and historically- we were able to all catch all the must see sights without rushing. Note: Wear good shoes-hiking/tennis and be prepared to go up and down -and if you have a hiking stick or two it couldn't hurt.

The scenery is amazing but be prepared to walk on the cliffs and do a little climbing up the rocks. Our guide was so knowledgeable and easy going. We never felt rushed. Great experience overall.

Breathtaking scenery, stunning beach, and the opportunity to walk a short trail. Excellent experience, the only thing that could improve it would be to factor in a toilet break before the trek.

Ricardo showed us the highlights and did a thorough job of explaining each landmark. He answered questions and was willing to repeat himself if necessary. My brother is hard of hearing & Ricardo spoke to him directly so that my brother could read his lips. He was very considerate in that respect.

There is a bit of walking, but you are rewarded with the spectacular views. Ricardo is an excellent tour guide, listening to our needs, answering questions, telling us where the best spots for taking pictures, taking our pictures, and telling us the best areas to go.

Small group is perfect. You get to hear what the guide is saying at all times.

Astonishing and awesome views of the Algar Seco caves, benagil cave, the seven hanging valleys, Marinha beach, the coast line and the little known secret beach which is only accessible through a cave passage. Many thanks to our tour guide Ricardo who made this an unforgettable experience. He thoroughly explained each of the sites and gave pointers to get the best photos also offering to take photos of us. Definitely recommend this tour with Ricardo.

This is a car trip don’t be fooled. We thought we had booked a boat trip but it is in a car. Our driver laughed at us and said we were very easy to fool. Would not recommend. A definite NO No

We would like to clarify a few points regarding your review. No one misled you — the trip you booked was clearly described in the listing, including what was and was not included. Unfortunately, it seems you did not read the description or the messages we sent before the tour.
Nobody laughed at anyone during the experience; unfortunately, it seems you misunderstood the situation.
You chose to abandon the tour after the first stop, so it is unfair to call it “terrible” without experiencing the full program. In addition, your behavior towards our guides and the rest of the group was extremely disrespectful, and even involved threats, which we take very seriously. Frankly, you are fortunate that we did not involve the authorities in this matter.
