- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Not recommended for travelers with back problems

- Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late arrival or no-show
- Diving within 48 hours of flying is not recommended.

- All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor.
- For safety reasons, children under 10 years of age and 1.40m in height are not allowed in the activity.
- Knowing how to swim is an essential requirement.
- Easydivers is not responsible for activities aborted by customers due to fear, panic, misconduct, failure to comply with required diving procedures or other situations beyond the instructor’s control. Once the customer in these conditions returns to the vessel, he will have to respect the schedule of the activity that is taking place, not harming the other participants.
- There will be no refund if the client not manage to complete the activity.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 10 travelers

We had a short briefing and test in the pool to start with. Once the instructors were happy that we had the confidence and ability to go into the open water (whilst closely accompanied by a professional instructor) we left on the boat and stopped near an artificial reef out in the ocean. It was fantastic, the instructors were clear and confidence inspiring whilst having lots of banter and fun at the same time. We saw lots of fish and octopus. This experience is an absolute must do, and if you like it you can progress and do a full diving course.

A very professional diving team . They start with a theory session then followed by a practice in the pool and then 30 minutes dive in ocean. We were 10 people in our group and there was one instructor per 2 people. The instructor was holding our hands entire time in the ocean dive. I felt safe and enjoyed underwater experience.

I would not recommend this experience at all. They do not train you and just reject in the indoor pool itself claiming that you wont be able to survive in the sea. 4 out of the 6 people who had signed up in our batch for the scuba diving session could not really get to the sea. They were rejected initially only and they do not refund the money as well. Viator has also been terribly poor with the service levels on complaints. All in all, this service is not suitable for beginners at all. They spend 15 mins in the indoor pool and expect us to use the equipment thoroughly. If we cant, they forfeit the money. Thats basically their income / they loot the money. 4 out of 6 people could not do the scuba diving and they scammed the money!

We are saddened by the evaluation you gave us. We always try to please all customers but we don't always succeed. When you made the reservation, all terms and conditions were available to read. If our instructors didn't take you diving, it's because you didn't meet the minimum safety standards for the activity. This is always our biggest concern, the safety of our customers. This program is especially for beginners but unfortunately there is always a small failure rate. Our work, our dedication, the equipment and boat departure were made and you participated in, except the final dive (safety reasons). There was no fault on our part to issue a refund. We hope you don't give up and try again when you feel ready.

Had a great time with easydivers dive centre Albufeira. From the start the staff were very helpful and kind throughout. Great experience, couldn’t have felt more safe. Seen plenty of sea life on the dive. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an incredible experience.

Myself and my partner spent an afternoon with Try Dives on their intro dive course. The group was small which was great for an intro dive.
We did our theory and then our safety checks in their small indoor pool before heading out to the dive site.
My girlfriend didn't end up doing the open dive and I had a bit of nerves when we started but the staff were excellent and helped me out. The dive was guided extremely well and I felt safe while underwater. Saw some cool sea life even though the visibility wasn't the best (nothing they can do about that)
Would certainly recommend using them for intro dives.
Their dive shop was easy to find and the check-in/equipment process was smooth.

I went for a try dive and had an amazingly wonderful experience.
The team at Easydivers are friendly, helpful and massively supportive. They obviously have a passion for what they do and are keen to pass that on to their students.
From Mario’s bad jokes in the classroom to Macedonia’s complete professionalism on the dive I felt extremely well looked after by absolute professionals. The dive was just spectacular with the instructor keeping a close eye on everyone and taking time to show us Octopi, coral, anemones and their symbiants. I’m booking with them again before I go home- you should too!
