On the afternoon of your exhilarating Jet Ski experience, head to Albufeira Marina and receive a safety orientation from your qualified instructor. Once you feel confident controlling your watercraft, grab the throttle and head out to sea.

Sate your appetite for adventure by conquering crashing waves at high speeds, or enjoy a relaxing ride as you cruise along the harbor and soak up the Algarve coast’s picturesque sights.

Return to the marina and bid your instructor farewell.

Failed to deliver what we paid for, nor refund or rescheduling, manager refused to even speak to their customer. This place is literally a scam, oh did I forget to mention there were other clients requesting for a refund at the desk? Never again. What a joke.

Not in a choppy sea!

If you are not experienced with an Jet Ski riding in the choppy ocean water, I would not recommend this especially with two people. My husband and I have ridden jet skis before but on lakes, not in a severely choppy Ocean. Our first clue should have been when we got to the Jet Ski tied to a buoy and it was flopping all over the place. It wasn't until we both got on and no sooner than we took off we flipped. After experiencing the cold ocean water and having to be pulled onto the boat, I was done. My husband who is even more experienced than me rode for less than 5 mins. We find out after the fact that the water was not ideal, and especially difficult with two people. Let's just say if I had to do it again I would have canceled.

Mauvaise expérience

Nous étions dans la file d'attente en plein soleil pour le jet ski, il faisait très très chaud ce jour là ... Pas de point d'ombre ... Mon fils a été pris de vertiges et vomissements dû à la chaleur juste avant le départ de l'activité. Nous n'avons donc pas pu prendre le départ. On nous a proposé de déplacer l'activité au surlendemain mais malheureusement c'était notre dernier jour de vacances. On nous a dit de prendre contact avec l'opérateur Viator pour le remboursement, que Dreams wave ne pouvait rien faire car c'est Viator qui a reçu l'argent. Par la suite, en contact donc avec Viator qui nous dit que c'est Dreams wave qui rembourse à hauteur de 25% ! Ils se renvoient la balle ! Bel esprit !!! Enfin bref, mon fils a perdu ses économies et pas réalisé son rêve, dommage car nous serions surement revenu l'année prochaine pour faire l'activité... Un remboursement d'au moins 50% ou même un bon d'achat sur une prochaine activité aurait été plus juste et commerçant ... Très déçu commercialement parlant ...

Bonjour Olivier_G, Tout d'abord, espérons que votre enfant s'est déjà remis du problème de santé qui l'affectait. Je voulais vous remercier d'avoir attiré mon attention sur ce problème. Nous nous efforçons à Dream Wave pour tous nos clients d'avoir une expérience qui dépasse leurs attentes, cependant, malheureusement, il peut y avoir des moments où nous sommes légèrement hors cible. Au mois d'août toutes nos activités affichent complet, le mois d'août est le pic de notre activité annuelle. Nous souffrons de pertes astronomiques depuis 2 ans à cause de la pandémie de covid. Nous avons été récemment fermés pendant 6 mois. Notre politique d'annulation est de 24 heures. Vous avez demandé d'annuler 20 minutes avant le début de votre activité, rendant impossible toute autre vente pour compenser votre désistement. Malgré tout, et compte tenu de la situation, nous proposons tout de même le report de 2 jours (heure de la prochaine vacance), vous avez refusé. Oui, nous venons d'autoriser un remboursement de 25%, bien qu'il n'y ait aucune exigence de remboursement. Bref, nous avons perdu 75% de nos revenus normaux sans aucune culpabilité. De plus, nous sommes toujours confrontés à ce regrettable commentaire. En raison de votre faute, à partir de cette date, nous appliquerons 100% de notre politique d'annulation et nous ne vous rembourserons que 24 heures à l'avance. La politique de corruption avec des commentaires sur tripadvisor est regrettable et n'a aucun effet sur notre organisation. Félicitations,

Krasse Erfahrung, aber ein Stern weniger, da Jetski ziemlich alt war und das Lifejacket dermaßen gestunken hatte, dass ich mich anschließend duschen musste. Ansonsten topp von der Buchung über die Anmeldung bis zur Rückgabe.
