Mulugeta did a great job of taking us to delicious places. We started at a vegetarian, that was good and interesting. Next we went to a fish house that was delicious. The whole tilapia was fried and served with a house special spicy sauce. We ended at a beef house, the beef was good tasting but a little tough. We ended with a local coffee, that was like nothing I’ve had before. Adding the rue definitely changed the flavor. We enjoyed some local beers at each stop. Nice tour of you want to get a quick taste of Ethiopian food!

Birhanu was a great guide, took us to great Resturants, shared fantastic cooking and cultural insight and generally made far a fantastic afternoon. Highly recommend. This operation clearly has done there homework.

excellent choice of restaurants and variety of dishes to try. the portions are very generous so definitely arrive hungry. we had some lovely ethiopian beer at every stop. our guide Mulugeta was very knowledgeable and a very interesting and engaging person.

Four amazing stops across Addis Ababa, each location is pretty close to each other.
To make sure there's no spoilers, you'll definitely want to save some space at each stop. Our guide Mulugeta was really nice and brought us to some amazing spots and is very well versed in Addis as well as Ethiopia in general. You can definitely ask him any question about his country and he'll probably know. When eating, it's not rushed so always take your time, have a nice conversation, enjoy the atmosphere. There's a fish dish, beef dish, injera, and one more thing. Trust me, you'll be full by the end of it.

Meeting place was closed 2 years ago, but we had a great taxi driver that wouldn’t leave us without getting us to our tour. No signage, no update. Otherwise a great walking foody tour.
