The organization of the trip was excellent. I was met on the first day by Teka, who then drove us to Debre Libanos. We had a nice atmosphere on board and had several stopovers (including buying fruits from the local market, lunch with local specialties + Ethiopian coffee).
Debre Libanos was a very nice experience, the church and the monk were very impressive. We were given a warming welcome and a knowledgeable guide.
We also visited the valley around the Portuguese bridge, which was an impressive experience.
The way back was safe, just like the outward journey.
On the second day, I was welcomed by Haymi, who first took me to the ethnological museum and explained the recent history of Ethiopia.
Afterwards there were stops at the Friendship Park, the Merkato, a church and my wish to visit a supermarket.
Haymi was very helpful and took my wishes into consideration.
We also had lunch at a restaurant run by women and enjoyed very good food.
All in all, I can highly recommend this tour, as the route and the scope were very well coordinated.
