We were booked for a 10am train trip.
We drove 1 1/2 hours to get there. When we arrived we could not find a park, consequently we were late and missed the bus.
The lady in the office was extremely rude. She said she tried to call, there is no missed calls on my phone. She could put two of the group on the next bus.

We gave you a total refund despite you were late, we tried to call you starting form 10.10 till 10.20 with no answer (we have screenshots of our calls, let's see who is right...). We have scheduled departing times that we MUST respect for our clients, since there were other people waiting for your arrival that paid the ticket as you did but they were in time!
However, dear mrs. Rosemary, the client must be in time for the departure, if there's any problem you could have called the customer service telling that you were late, but you didn't.
