Overview
Stuffed chickpea (“Cecio Ripieno”) is one of Abruzzo’s most famous sweet treats, and while it may be easy to get your fill while traveling, it is almost impossible to find outside the region. During this small-group, hour-long cooking workshop, watch a live demonstration on how the iconic pastry is made, and receive a handout with instructions so you can prepare it on your own after the class.
