This tour far exceeded our expectations. Michael was fantastic and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with all of the wines we tried and the wineries were all very beautiful and relaxing. Overall, a really great experience that I would definitely recommend doing!

This was a super fun day! Rode on a party bus to all the wineries which were all so nice. Excellent way to spend the day!

Such a fun time! We were celebrating my mom’s 80th birthday! They gave us so much time at each winery! Ray was our guide and he was amazing! So friendly and helpful . He made sure to engage with everyone. His knowledge of wine was fantastic! He got water for everyone at each winery. Ray went out of his way to make sure everyone was enjoying their time . Highly recommend this tour !

The wineries were fun but the tour bus was not a party bus as advertised it was hot, the company did not offer water. They simply took us to 3 different wineries and dropped us off.
I called to cancel one person in my party well before the 24 hour cancellation and did not get reimbursed.

We're sorry to hear that the tour didn't meet your expectations, but we did want to clarify a few points for future guests.
The vehicle used for your tour was one of our party buses and the air conditioning was functioning throughout the tour. It was an especially hot day in Temecula, which unfortunately can make boarding and exiting the bus uncomfortable even with the A/C running.
While we don't provide bottled water on the bus, complimentary water is available at every winery we visit throughout the tour.
We'd also like to clarify the refund concern. Because your reservation was booked and paid for through Viator, Poppin Wine Tours does not receive or process cancellation or refund requests. When you contacted us, we explained that any refund or change to the number of guests needed to be handled directly through Viator.
Finally, our tours are not simply transportation between wineries. I personally guided this tour and checked in with your group regularly throughout the day, as we do with all of our guests, while also giving groups space to enjoy their time together.
We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the wineries, and we're sorry that the overall experience wasn't what you were hoping for.
This experience was a 10/10, make sure you have a small bite before going and enjoy the local food while wine tasting! Our tour guide Cherish was awesome, she was a good vibe :)
3 Wineries was fun but not a lot of talking from our guide or interaction on the bus, I think that makes the tour the most fun sometimes

Mike with Poppin Tours was the best. We were celebrating a 70th Birthday and all 7 ladies were over the top pleased with the pace, the wineries that we visited and our driver was a great driver. The ambiance on the bus matched the enthusiasm and energy of our group.

The tour was fine but a tour with experts is a stretch. Our tour guide barely spoke and we barely got insight into the wine and how it's made. It just seemed more like bar crawl with scenery which is fine but when it's implied an expert will be there, you imagine the tour is more educational. Before anybody reading this says "what did you expect", I've done tequila tours in Mexico where you actually got a step by step on how the product is made.

Our tours are designed to be a fun and social wine country experience, with knowledgeable local guides available throughout the day to answer questions and share their expertise with guests who are interested in learning more. We don't structure the experience as a formal educational wine tour, as we also want guests to have plenty of time to enjoy the wineries and their group. We appreciate the feedback and understand that you were looking for a more educational experience. If you ever come back we do offer a wine tasting for smaller groups that sounds much more like what you were looking for!
We had an amazing time our guide, Tia was awesome. She was full of energy. She was fun. She kept the bus rocking and rolling. She attended to all of our needs and made sure we was good at every winery we stopped at! I would definitely recommend it.

It was great! The host was the best, she fit right in with the rest of the party. The driver was such a nice guy as well.
This was my first wine tour. I usually just go to a winery for the day. It was a great experience and our host Tia was amazing. Her welcoming attitude and fun vibes were great.
We had the best experience ever. Our guide “Dark Chocolate” made our experience phenomenal. We were lucky and had the best group on the party bus with us. We ended up all hanging together for hours after the tour was over!
My family and I had a great time celebrating a birthday. Michael was our host and he made the experience memorable. He was very kind and attentive. He had great wine recommendations and was easy going. We were able to choose the music on tour bus and had a great time dancing! 10/10 recommend!
Such a fun experience! We visited 3 wineries, all 3 had great tasting wine, but all were special in their unique ways.
1st had beautiful views, 2nd had great food, and 3rd gave us insight into wine making.

Have never gone wine tasting in Temecula, girls trip and decided it was an automatic yes! Found this option, in our budget, and went with an open mind. First stop was by far the best one for wine. Second stop has the yummy food and third stop was nice too!

He shared information about the wines as well as the area. It was our preference to begin our tour at 12 noon so selected this company. Ans so happy I did. Everything was absolutely amazing!!! From the party bus to the tour guides to the food and music it was great. This was my first time in Temecula and my very first wine tasting. Everything was great. Definitely doing this again have to come again in the summer. Definitely worth the drive. Thank you so much for taking care of me and my family.
This was soooo much fun! We celebrated my mom's 70th birthday, my sissy in laws birthday, and a bride to be! We unfortunately ran into traffic and ended up missing the party bus, however the company was easy to contact, was absolutely understanding and had an instant solution! (Have us meet the bus at the first winery) Cherish our bus drive was so helpful especially with helping my mom on and off the bus! AJ was pur guide, he was super chill, had a bunch of knowledge about wine and was quick to answer any questions we had! The bus! Soooo much fun! Lights, sounds, and kept it nice and cool! And of course the WINE, all amazing varieties and super friendly at each winery! It was an amazing experience for my ohana and one we will always cherish! If youre having any doubts about booking, dont worry! This tour is so much fun, and is absolutely worth it, you definitely get your moneys worth and more! In my opinion a MUST DO! If we ever come back were definitely doing it again with ALL the family! Mahalo for such a great memory!
Awesome vibe at the wineries. Live music, dancing etc. Very good wines at all 3. Super nice staff. Food was great too, so fresh! RAY was great.
