- The Chicago South Side & Presidential Center open-top bus shuttle operates daily, connecting Downtown Chicago to the South Side.
- The shuttle first stops at the Obama Presidential Center and Jackson Park, then at the Griffin Museum of Science & Industry, before returning to 98 E Wacker Drive.
- Admission to the Griffin Museum of Science & Industry and the Obama Presidential Center museum is not included in this ticket and must be purchased separately. This is a shuttle and not a guided tour, so no audio commentary will be available on board.
- Shuttle duration is 25-30 minutes. Shuttle runs every 30–45 minutes from 9:30AM-2:30PM daily
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 99 travelers

Great way to get to Obama’s Presidential Center - leaves at 3 to return so allow at least 3 hours for Center

Worst experience ever! The ride over was fine however this was suppose to be a Roundtrip shuttle ride and when I was ready to return, there was no shuttle available and I called the company three times with no successful response. They weren't able to reach the tour operator. Do not recommend! 👎🏼

This was a horrible experience. They did not notate times for the shuttles. When I reached out for support, I was able to speak with someone at Viator but, it was not lots of assistance. I requested a refund and they said No. Even though I didn’t use the service. I purchased a total 26 tickets. So imagine spending 26 x $17 and never receiving the services. That’s bad business. Not because I did not show up. Not only did I show up, I showed up in the rain and could not use the service. Disappointed! I was very hopeful for this service too!

The bus driver was rude. The bus tour wasn't what I expected. If I had known what I know now, I wouldn't have purchased the tickets.

The bus was late and the day pass is only good from 9:30-2:30 which is not a full day so it should be called a day pass. The shuttle was also late and there was no signage for meeting the shuttle. Normally buses are parked well in advance of Gen departure time so that guests can load.
