Cooking class
This pasta and tiramisu class was a highlight of our Florence trip. Ory made everything feel welcoming, fun, and totally doable. Even with our not-so-great cooking skills, she was patient and encouraging every step of the way. She even played Justin Bieber during class, which was a hilarious and thoughtful touch since my fiancé is a huge fan. We rolled and cut our own pasta, made a rich ragù and tiramisu, then sat down to enjoy everything with plenty of wine. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere felt like cooking with friends. Ory's warmth, humor, and passion are what made it special. Highly recommend. Book it!

Great class, we made all...
Great class, we made all three pastas which were delicious. Our chef was a wonderful woman who helped us along the way and checked on our progress. We drank many bottles of delicious red wine. It was fairly hard to hear because of how many people are in the class not paying attention and talking over the chef but it was a great night.

We absolutely loved this...
We absolutely loved this pasta and tiramisu cooking class in Montepulciano! It was such a fun and authentic Tuscan experience. Learning how to make fresh pasta by hand in a local home made it feel so much more personal than a typical cooking class. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the tiramisu was the perfect finish. One of our favourite experiences in Tuscany and something we’ll definitely remember from our trip. Highly recommend!

Really good fun, very welcoming, good instructors in a lovely setting. The afternoon flew by and we all felt like professionals when we'd finished. The restaurant cooked all our pasta and served it along with our tiramisu - delicious. We'd highly recommend it.

Ready to roll your own pasta and master nonna’s classic recipes, like pici with local pork ragu and tortelli filled with ricotta and fresh herbs? Tuscany cooking classes are hosted everywhere from major cities like Florence to quaint farmhouses in the countryside, so you can get in the kitchen for a hands-on experience no matter where you’ve planned your trip. While private courses are widely available, group lessons are popular for their free-flowing wine and the convivial meal shared at the end of class.
