Wonderful and Delicious Experience!
Our cooking class was absolutely amazing! The chef was friendly, fun, and made the entire experience so enjoyable. We learned how to make fresh pasta — ravioli, tortellini, and pappardelle — all from scratch. Everything was so delicious! 🍝
The atmosphere was relaxed and filled with laughter, and it was such a great way to experience authentic Italian culture.
Highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Italy who wants a hands-on, delicious, and memorable experience.

Wonderful experience! The chef explained and modeled everything. He then went around and helped us to complete each step if needed. It was a great family activity.
The pasta workshop was great fun! Really great teacher and the pasta tasted amazing. Highly recommend!
Chef Andre was the best, so helpful & funny. Food was delicious. Would definitely suggest this for a couple, group of friends, or family event.
The class is actually several classes taught in the same building. We arrived to a line to get in and were led to a room with 24 participants. There were classes occurring concurrently in other parts of this old and charming restaurant.
Our chef Victoria was absolutely charming. Well engaged, witty, and happy to help. Wine was readily available to share with a good natured group.
We made three types of pasta, two of which were stuffed, and ended with a great meal. Fun and targeted to armatures/beginners. If you've ever played with play-do you can do this. They provide all the ingredients and tools and are there to assist.
One watch out, several groups arrived with small children and a couple infants. We were in the "three pasta" class which did not include a dessert. The families chose dessert options. We've grown children as do the couple we travelled with and were more interested in partaking in an adult event. By chance that's how we segregated so it worked wonderfully. May want to reach out/ask when signing up.
Overall though, a great time and would recommend.
It was a great experience. The instructor/Chef is patient, kind and knows the history of pasta making. It was a step by step experience.
This was truly one of our most memorable experiences. Lorenzo, our chef was fantastic and the restaurant was stunning! Recommend this 1000%!
Andrea was such an enjoyable host / chef!!! He helped us make three different pastas and the perk, unlimited wine (and good)!! Such a great experience- highly recommended!!
We had so much fun! Chef G was the best. I would highly recommend adding this experience to your trip.
We had so much fun! The instructor was very enthusiastic and welcoming. Activity was exactly as described in the description. If you have trouble following a lot of verbal instructions quickly it could be challenging, but questions seemed welcome and we walked away so glad we did it!
This class was SO MUCH FUN! I learned so
much about making pasta and am excited
to do this at home! A must do if you’re in Florence!
A great experience. My husband was reluctant initially but he loved it as much as I did. So pleased we did it. Highly recommend.
This was a wonderful experience! Everything was well organized and our chef was excellent.
If you are in Florence this is a must do experience.
Was a great experience, my daughter and I had so much fun…wish there was more wine ;) the chef was excellent…loved him! We had the 10am experience on Aug 27th and we met some great people…glad we sat where we sat as the two couples on either side of us were so much fun ;)
This was an amazing, fun experience with our chef Lorenzo! Set in old, rustic medieval tower - you can breathe the history there. Great setting, massive table so lots of space to get your arms and hands working with the dough and not impeding on your neighbour's space. Lorenzo was relaxed, engaging and an excellent teacher. We made ravioli (w Sage & butter sauce), tortalini (w tomato, garlic Basil sauce) and papardelli in a Tuscan ragú . Wine too! All equally delicious 😋 Definitely book this course. I have since done another school in Florence but this one topped the other by far.
Didn't do everything that was advertised. Instructor was good but it all seemed very rushed. Overall not bad
Francesca was a great teacher as she taught us about the different types of pasta and showed us how to make it. Great venue with unlimited wine and soft drinks. We enjoyed talking to the others in our group and eating together after the cooking.
Our chef, Arthur, was amazing! Wine and pasta were good. I’ve never made pasta and I’d recommend this experience to everyone. So fun!
So much fun! Making pasta with my family and sharing the results was lots of fun. Our chef was very helpful and !!!
Valentino was a fantastic host, explaining everything and demonstrating as we went through the process. It was such an amazing experience in the traditional wine cellar of the restaurant and we made and ate three delicious dishes family style. Would absolutely recommend!
My family had such a great time. Our chef, Nico was wonderful. He was very helpful, gave great instructions, and we created yummy pasta.
If you have the chance to do this class in Florence it is so worth it! We had chef David who was incredible, he shared all the recipes from his nonna and we learned how to make a ton of different kinds of pasta. The wine really is unlimited and the food is great! So worth it!!!!
Gg was a teacher and chef, we had a wonderful and fun time going to the class. I would recommend it if you are traveling and want to fill a few hours making some memories and learning a new skill.
Great experience! We had so much fun and the pasta was amazing! More of a lowkey vibe compared to some that I have seen
Great experience overall!
This is a group activity with around 20 people in which you get hands-on experience making the pasta bases for three different courses, and then the chef prepares them in different styles.
At the end, everyone eats together in the same space where the pasta was made. One thing to keep in mind is that you’ll be eating a mix of everyone’s pasta creations rather than just the dishes you personally prepared.
The drinks are self-serve and unlimited, and the chef was very friendly.
Eduardo was amazing!!! Although we are American and speak English, he made my mother, a Peruvian and Spanish speaker, feel included. His instruction was easy to follow and his sauces were incredible! We only hope we can reproduce them.
We were given a QR code for the recipes but they did not come up. Maybe someone can email them to me?
Definitely on my top three things we did this trip! Made three types of pasta from scratch and enjoyed them all at the end with delicious wine that never ended ! We are now motivated to try making pasta at home.
Antonio was so much fun to have as our instructor and chef! He made everything “perfect” in many ways and kept our group laughing and engaged the whole time. Our three pastas were fun to make but would have not tasted nearly as good if it wasn’t for his masterful sauces!
Simple and delicious recipes are taught around a large wooden table. After it’s all cooked we had a feast for lunch! With plenty of wine! Our instructor was a delightful young man! Exquisite use of the day!
So much fun with Chef David! A great way to spend a couple of hours making pasta and then getting to eat what you’ve made and add in a some wine…. Perfect!
They canceled our class the morning of and changed it to the next day (& we could not make it to that time). When we reached out to let them know we couldn’t make it, they ghosted us until we reached out to Viator support for a refund.
