What are people saying about Santa Barbara

Wonderful experience for a wine newbie!
I had such a fabulous time! I rarely drink (wine or otherwise) but since vineyards are such a significant part of the Santa Barbara experience, I felt it was a great way to immerse myself in the area. Our group turned out to be small (3 of us) due to cancelations so very appreciative it wasn't canceled altogether. I was solo and the other couple were friendly and wonderful (Mel and Don if you see this hope you're well!!) so it made the time very enjoyable. Our driver/ guide Yunee was awesome...she brought us to a nice variety of wineries (2 estate and 1 production if I remember the terms correctly) and it was interesting first hand the what goes into winemakers. It was also obvious the passion and love these winemakers put into creating their products. We also got to choose our lunch of sandwich and salad from a wide variety of delicious options. I learned a lot and sipped more types of wine that afternoon than in my entire life (no headache!) ...I would definitely recommend this to wine lovers and novices alike!

Overcame fear
Was here for our anniversary. My wife is not nearly as adventurous as I, but she overcame her fear and rode the zip line anyway. Geo was very entertaining and a great guide, Elijah has the same name as our deceased son and made my wife feel comfortable and safe riding the zip line. Awesome views, exhilarating ride and great people Caring for guests.

Great tour especially for first time visitors
Great way to get an overview of the area along with some history! Yes you can drive around but you can't really look at anything when focusing on traffic, narrow roads and lots of street parking. Joe did a great job of pointing out historical places while driving throughout this lovely area. There was a 15 minute stop at the Old Mission, just long enough to take some pictures outside, use the restroom and peek at the gift shop. For this first time visitor it was a great summary experience! Side note the trolley is a trolley, not a bus so there is no air conditioning but the windows were all open for a breeze
