The BEST adventure EVER!!!

Our whale shark adventure was absolutely incredible! The hosts were amazing and knew exactly where to find the whale sharks, giving us an unforgettable experience. They were professional, friendly, and made sure everyone had a great time. After our swim, they prepared an amazing fresh lunch with delicious ceviche made from fresh tiger fish and homemade guacamole. Everything was fresh and so tasty! If you’re looking for an unforgettable whale shark tour, I can’t recommend this crew enough. They truly went above and beyond to make our day perfect! Ricky & Francisco were the absolute BEST! 100 times recommend this experience

Fun Day in the jungle!

Our ship was late, but they automatically adjusted for that and were waiting when we arrived. We had a great experience. Comfortable and safe transportation. Jade Caverns was not what I expected - it's a "living cenote" with green water and creatures, and my previous experience nearby was to a "dead cenote" with clear water. But the ATMs were a lot of fun across minimally developed property, and the tour guide answered all our questions in detail. Would absolutely book again!

Excellent Trip

Great trip. Carlos had excellent knowledge and made the trip memorable. Felt safe with the driver too. The trip loves up to its expectations and was certainly a memorable experience. Got to see a few turtles and the snorkelling in general was amazing seeing all the tropical fish. The cenote was something I’ve never never seen before and was fantastic. Good at the final venue was good too.

Great experience!

We were once again blown away with the service at paradise beach. This is our second visit and it won’t be our last. The food is out of this word. All of the staff are fantastic. Martin was our server and we never went hungry or thirsty. Food came out quickly. Lifeguards were directing people to areas of the water where there wasn’t seaweed so being in the water was enjoyable. Highly recommend this excursion while in Cozumel

Definitely Worth It!!

Worth the price and exceeded our expectations. The excursion was fun, memorable, and staff was amazing! The only negative is the trouble we had finding the meeting location. I would suggest that the tour operator be a little more descriptive of where to meet. For those who recently booked or will be booking, the meeting location is not at the terminal, it is across the street from the cruise terminal at the seven 11.

Tony is a veteran and experienced tour guide, he’s also good in marketing that you will find yourself buying something from the obsidian and tequila shop 😁. He speaks Spanish and English and explained well the location and important things that you need to know as a tourist. 5 out 5. Jose is an excellent driver, I can easily spot the bus from the gate. 5 out 5. Lunch buffet is fine, don’t expect too much. 2 out of 5. Eventhough this is a large group tour, the experience is well organized and you can tell that the operator has been doing this tour for a long time. The customer service is responsive and you will even received a message once the bus is about to leave so there is no reason for you to missed the bus on each stop.

Fabulous excursion

We were on a Royal Caribbean cruise and booked this excursion. My husband ended up not going so it was just me and our 2 kids (ages 11 and 13). We took a taxi from the port to the marina for $15 each way. The reservation said that the office (Cozumel Tours) is next to the tequila store. It is, but the storefront is also for May-be Tours (same company). After checking in we were told to wait in a covered area with seating just at the end of the shops. This is a good place to apply sunscreen as you aren't allowed to apply it on the boat. After waiting a few minutes for our guide we were walked to our boat. We had 13 guests on our boat with 3 staff. The water was calm and we had 4 stops (3 snorkeling ones and the last for the rays and snack). We saw a sea turtle, lots of fish, a couple of small sharks, lobster, star fish, etc. There is an option to purchase photos of your trip ($80 for all photos) at the end. You can also use the restroom located near the office for $1 if needed. The excursion was fun, guide (Guillermo) and captain (Josue) and photographer were all outstanding. Beautiful water and sea animals. Highly recommend!

Thankful that we decided to book this trip for my entire family. The boat ride was great and we received great care while on board. The boat looks like the pictures they provided. I am also happy they were able to accommodate shuttle transfer for the entire family. Very easy booking.

We booked everything they had to offer! It was definitely a worthwhile experience!! Our tour guide was Skinny Boi. 1. Ziplines you get 4 different circuits to complete. 2. ATVs go as fast as you want but i garuntee you are not keeping up with skinny boi 3. Horseback riding was kinda fast but we were ready for tequila. 4. Tequila tasting.. nuff said! We had 5 shots of the local crafted Tequila. It really gassed us up for the finale- The Cenotè 😮 5. The Cenotè was perfect it is a body of water in a cave.. i jumped from 30 feet but there is a 14ft option or you can just walk down the pathway to the bottom (punk 🤣). 6. Last but not least we had tacos. You can also purchase alcohol and more tacos. Bring cash!!!!!! Service is terrible in the location but that is the only con to the whole day

We loved our experience with Mayan Jungle Rush! Tony took great care of our group of 14, it was hard to pick a favorite activity! We did the zip lines, ATVs, cenote swim, and tequila tasting. Throughout it all, our guides helped me feel super safe and comfortable. Sol was our tequila guide and she really helped us learn the history of tequila while making us laugh the entire time. Worth it!

Prepare to swim! Tons to see and do. Need the whole day for it. Food is great and its worth getting wet and seeing all kinds of fish and wildlife. Slides are fun and I recommend getting the photo package. Tons for it and you get photos you dont want to miss. 2nd time going for just how awesome it is!
