10/10 experience!

We had so much fun! Danny flow made it an enjoyable experience and the food was good too. The only thing I’d change is the tequila tasting, we thought we’d get to taste a blanco, reposado, or anejo but we only got to try the flavored ones which were still really good. Other than that this was a perfect activity that I’d recommend anyone try.

Amazing experience that was headed up by Alonzo or “Alo”. The ATVs were in great shape, the tour group was fairly small and intimate, and the Senote swim was super cool! They helped arrange pickup and drop off from our cruise port and had great communication! Will definitely go again!

Wonderful time

We were well aware of the wet season. The service was amazing. Mani was very attentive but not pushing. Everyone had a great attitude and always smiling and dancing. We were even in the water and they came and asked us if we needed a drink….love it. Never a dull moment, even during the small moment of rain. I highly recommend Mr.Sanchos every time. Mayan Adventure

This was a great excursion once we got to our second and third destinations. I was nervous about locating the company and transportation to their office, but everything worked out well. The entire Toucan Tour staff were so kind & professional! Thanks to Antonio for an easy check-in process! Thanks to Eliseo for an excellent tour, and to Huitzi for driving us around! Cant wait to come Again to Paradise Beach!

We had the best time and cant wait to come again, we spent the day eating, drinking and being in the water. There was some sea weed but its that time of year so it was expected. the only issue we had was we thought we got the package to go get on the inflatables when my husband went to ask after they told us we didnt some how in the translation to our server Angel (Ronnie) he was told we wonted to change servers which was totally not what happened. We did get our server Ronnie back he done a great job very professional always fast at getting what ever we needed . When we come back next year if Ronnie is still working there we will request hi.

Great activity to experience sea life!

The Poseidon crew led by Baby Turtle are excellent! They picked us up from the dock behind our hotel, gave us life vests, snorkeling gear and water, and we picked up a couple other groups. There were about 24 of us on the tour, plus crew. It’s not a *luxury* cat, but it’s sufficient. Apply reef-safe sunscreen before you get onto the boat. We also wore long-sleeve rash guards to prevent sunburn. Also glad that we bought an inexpensive dry bag off Amazon before we left. Everyone else’s backpacks got wet on the boat. Baby Turtle was entertaining, made sure everyone was safe, and everyone was taken care of. Plenty of drinks on the way back. Ceviche, guac and chips were yummy at the sandbar. We ate snacks while the rays swam around us. Some people post that the snorkeling was rushed, but we thought it was enough. We were able to see four different spots in a short amount of time with different fish and environments. We saw two sea turtles, big starfish, rays, a bioluminescent jellyfish, and other fish. The blue water and sand are out of this world! We ended up buying the photo package. Rafael got great pictures of us with the wildlife. It was cheaper than buying a disposable camera and having the film developed, and he got great photos and lots of videos that we wouldn’t have been able to get ourselves. I got a little seasick in the water (but not on the boat). I’m glad that I brought a Bonine to take on the boat.

Awesome Trip.

Our guide was fantastic! He showed us so many sea creatures in the reefs that we would have missed. He also shepherded the fish around the reefs so we can see them all. Well planned trip to 4 different locations. Water clarity was superb. Fish was abundant. I would do it again.

So much fun!!

This tour was so much fun! The ATVs were the highlight of the tour, my daughter and I had a blast! We even stopped toward the end and got to jump in a small cenote! Then we got to learn about the tequila making process and got to taste all the delicious varieties, which they also have for purchase if you like. The chocolate tasting was also good. Then we hopped back in the buggy with our tour guide who took us to a wonderful beach, where we very much enjoyed the tacos and fajitas! We did purchase some drinks, as they have a bar there as well. All of this was served to us in our lounge chairs, as we relaxed. While we didn't choose to snorkel this time, it was easily available right there at the beach. The water was gorgeous and the atmosphere was very calm. I have to give a shout out to our tour guide, as he made the adventure fun, worry free and informative! I was traveling alone with my 17 y/o daughter, so my anxiety was high, but he made us feel safe and stayed close by the entire day. So thank you for making our excursion one of the best we've done!!

Great Tour!

Fernando and crew were great! The pickup was smooth and the wait for our boat wasn’t too long. Onboard, the crew made sure we had drinks and as non-alcohol drinkers we had great options. For snorkeling we chose to not do it because it looked pretty tough but if you’re a good swimmer, then I think you should be good (tired but good). On the island, the lunch was delicious and then we chose to rent out the golf cart to go around the island with a few members from the crew for a nice scenic tour. When we came back, we still had a bit of free time so we enjoyed a bit of the beach and then back onboard. Overall this was a nice tour that I would definitely recommend!

BIG Fine 45 Birthday Celebration En Mexico!

BOOK THE YACHT!!! I traveled with a group of 14 family and friends for my 45th birthday celebration! Communication was EXCELLENT despite my one million questions. The boat was beautiful both inside and out, clean and spacious. Our crew was very attentive and friendly! We booked add ons to include roundtrip transportation, food, decor and drone. Great Way to Sample Various Activities

This was a great sampling of activities. The ziplines were fun. The cenote was incredible. The ATV and horseback riding were fun but short. Tequila tasting was fun and informative, and lunch was small but tasty. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They took great photos and we bought them for a reasonable price.
