We had an amazing experience on our Chichén Itzá tour! Our tour guide, Juam did an incredible job. He was very friendly, respectful, funny, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and gave us great instructions throughout the entire tour, which made the experience easy, enjoyable, and stress-free. I also want to give a big thank you to Rubén, our driver, who did a fantastic job taking us everywhere we needed to go and making sure we got around safely and comfortably. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Chichén Itzá. Juam and Rubén made the trip even more enjoyable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great trip lots to do Please remember to take your own swim shoes for the cenote and some sort of face covering for the jungle events as their prices are way over charged from example swim shoes you can get off shein for £3 they want 30 dollars for The staff are nice and friendly and our guide was good, you get some tacos as a small snack and there is plenty of water on hand for free along with lovely refreshments you can purchase Would highly recommend this Please be aware the drivers have A4 notices up asking for a 20 dollar trip etc, this is your choice to pay a tip so never feel obliged too if you feel you didn't get a good service and asking for 20 dollars is a bit cheeky in my eyes

Snorkeling and swimming in Isla Mujeres.

The tour guide communicated what to expect each time so we’re not wondering what’s going on. They were attentive and were asking us if we need anything- drinks, bathroom etc. My son joined the snorkeling group. It was his birthday and this activity was a last minute decision but he said he’s happy he did it because he had a great time. The time we’ve spent swimming at this beautiful island was more than adequate. We didn’t feel rushed and as a matter of fact we had some time to shop a little bit, grab a drink and rest after we’re done swimming.

Amazing!

Omg such amazingggg adrenaline rush!!! I had so much fun. Everyone was soooo friendly!! I was scared to jump in the cenote but one of the guys there reassured me he got me and I’ll be fine and sure enough they were right there for safety. such a fun catamaran...

such a fun catamaran experience! babo, our guide, made the day extremely memorable. we snorkeled and saw some amazing wild life, had some free time to swim in the ocean, explored the north side of isla mujeres & it’s beaches. we even rented a golf cart & explored the island. and the tequila tasting was to die for. after we enjoyed a beautiful ride back to our meeting point with a nice view of the sunset. 10/10

A dream day!

Amazing Rental!

My wife and I rented the yacht for two hours and had an amazing experience! Everything was smooth from start to finish, and the crew made sure we were comfortable and having a great time. We had the BEST TIME ever

We had such an amazing experience doing the ATVs, cenote, and ziplines during our honeymoon! Alan was our guide and he was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He was so friendly, fun, helpful, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. The whole excursion was such a fun adventure and definitely one of the highlights of our trip! Alan kept everything entertaining while also making sure we knew what we were doing and felt safe along the way. You could tell he genuinely wanted everyone to have a great time. Family fun

This was so much fun, unfortunately we didn't have enough time to do the zip lines because there was a thunderstorm and it was closed the 1st 2hrs we were there. The food was soooo good never seen an amusement park with this level of variety. Definitely worth the money. It requires a lot of walking so be prepared. Definitely bring some good water shoes you will need them.

Utterly unique, truly incredible!

Breathtakingly beautiful eco-park. Part exotic animal zoo (with some free to roam among the people!), part oceanfront water park, part history/culture museum, part cultural show. And every part was masterfully done. At every turn I was in wonder how they could design and build such a massive yet exquisitely detailed park. The underground river is a must. Watching the flamingo parade, a must. The evening show, a must. (Get the idea?) I'd recommend paying up for the "Plus" package, which includes one buffet + lockers (there is a separate, extremely convenient locker section just for the Plus ticket holders).

Amazing day at Xplor

Absolutely loved all of the attractions, we started off with the most calm (rafts, swimming) and worked our way up to the zip lines and the water slide. The adrenaline rush from the zip lines was amazing and the water slide is nowhere near as scary as it might look, we had so much fun. We loved how long we got to spend on each activity, especially the driving. The food was great with a lot of choice, we didn’t eat until 3pm and everything was still warm/fresh. Everything was easy, staff were friendly and helpful. You need sturdy water shoes, mainly for the underground expedition as flimsy ones do not protect your feet enough. Be prepared to get lots of steps in walking around. The slide had a 1hr queue at the end of the day so try to prioritise activities when they show as “green”.
