It was awesome, I enjoyed the food and the place had a beautiful Isla Mujeres sign and hammocks on the beach. The North Beach and the town were also nice. Everyone on the team was very friendly, but the DJ/host was even better, great music. I had an amazing birthday.

The experience itself was unique and a great way to see Isla Mujeres. Everything was very organized and structured, and the views were beautiful.
The main downside was the number of people on the boat. It was *very* full, which made the experience feel more like public transportation with a view than a relaxing island excursion.
The staff was nice, but the announcements weren’t made in English, so there were definitely moments of just watching everyone else and hoping they knew what was happening.
The food (hot dogs and chicken) was… fine. Let’s just say it wasn’t the highlight of the day.
Overall, a fun experience with beautiful scenery, but I would have enjoyed it more with fewer people, better food, and a little more personal touch.

OMG, what a mess this tour is! It was very unorganized. They schedule far too many people per boat for it to be enjoyable. They force everyone to go barefoot on the boat, you can’t even wear water shoes and they have this painfully uncomfortable popcorn style flooring, my feet were red all day. There were not enough seats on the boat, including spots for people to sit on the net. We were completely packed on it and it felt so unsafe and uncomfortable. The audio on our boat kept blowing out. The snorkel spot is surrounded by huge groups all trying to do it at once and the boat just takes off for 20 minutes. The lunch was okay, buffet style but the amount of flies was unbearable. Then Isla Mujeres….jfc it’s a mess! They dump 10,000 boats at the same pier so the beachfront is just not even accessible. People are just swarming to get back to boats or off and it’s so unorganized. Then they push you into this ridiculously overpriced souvenir shop, I tried to buy a single shot glass and the woman told me it was 600 pesos! All the same merchants just hound you for the full 2 hours, they push massages and vapes like it’s water and crack! Every two seconds they are approaching and touching. The massage lady put her hands on me multiple times. Then the crew yelled at us for 10 minutes about how we had to be back on the boat at 3:40, that it’s federal law they have to depart at 3:40pm. So everyone is at the gate at 3:30pm, they locked the gate at one pier, then had us wait another 20 minutes before we all got goaded to a different pier where another boat was also loading so the pier is packed, then it was still another 30 minutes before we left. I mean it was just a really terrible experience. I guess for $53/pp (which you have to add a $20/pp reef fee and if you get transportation that’s another $15/pp) you shouldn’t expect too much, but dang it was rough! Definitely would skip this and maybe find something worth losing a full day over.

Such a beautiful experience I love everything about it. Will definitely recommend to others. This app is the best.

The catamaran itself was clean and very nice. Boarding process was fairly quick and simple. The crew was very polite and very entertaining. However, there were too many people onboard and we were packed in very tightly. Additionally, the snorkeling experience was less than to be desired. The group was too tightly packed in the water. There wasn’t any time to explore. It was very rushed and we didn’t get to see the reef. Once we arrived to Isla Mujeres, we were herded into the buffet. It was 90 minutes and included open bar. The food was ok but nothing special. The remainder of the time was free time. They have beach chairs with umbrellas 2 for $29 or Bali Beds for $40. The rentals are for 2 hours. We opted for a Bali bed for our family of 4. The bar service was great. Try the Crazy Coconut! SO good. If you are looking for a beach massage, I recommend doing it here rather than if you’re staying at a resort. Prices are amazing. $50-$60 for 1 hour. Ask for Sophia, she’s fabulous. The beach itself was absolutely beautiful and pristine. Beautiful blue and clear water. There is lots of people peddling trying to sell things on the beach but they are polite and if you say no gracias they leave you be. All in all, I would suggest taking the ferry to the island versus the catamaran to experience the island and beach OR invest in the extra $ to rent a private catamaran excursion. Beach was the best part!

Dont waste your time and money
Lots of hidden fees
Old music
No alcohol
Food iis not good on the private island

Nice experience, the atv was a bit rough and the zip line was definitely for beginners. But everyone was friendly and it was fun. 3/5

We had a FABULOUS time. I think this is one of the most affordable ways to visit a few different parts of Isla Mujeres safely and affordably. The boat was the perfect size for the number of people on it. Staff were kind and kept cups full of whatever you wanted!
I think I personally was so tired by the end & would have appreciated a little quieter experience but I know lots of people were enjoying the DJ On board :)

The crew and the tour guide were incredible. The snorkeling was beautiful and the island time was great. The trip does make for a long day but well worth it. The communication with the team was great using the viator chat and they quickly scheduled my transportation A+

The boat ride was nice, and we all loved the snorkelling adventure (way too short but great!)
Beware: the open bar is only on the boat, where limited beverages are available (beer, tequila sunrise, soda). Once you land on the island, you have 1.5 hours of buffet and bar (food is subpar, good choice at the bar). The same period of time let’s you use beach chairs. The worst ones in terms of location (behind the walkway, far from the water).
After these 90 minutes, you need to pay for the chairs and bar service.
I would have loved to enjoy the island’s beach while sipping a drink, but apparently the high price for this expedition is not enough for them. They want more of your money.
My advice is to look for other providers that tell the whole truth. Who do not wait until you are on the boat on your way to the island to tell you the limitations. Why is there always a catch in Mexico? This does not help your reputation for tourists.
State the rules upfront. How hard is it?
Disappointed in the tour provider.
Loved the boat ride and snorkelling.

I’ve done one before I booked through the hotel this time I used Viator and the experience was terrible drinks were terrible not alot option to be all inclusive . The DJ only played Mexican music you have different culture on there

We chartered from Cancun to Isla Mujeres and could not have been happier. Absolutely incredible. 10/10

My family had an amazing time on this excursion. The staff really made the whole experience worthwhile. We will be back!
Race_G, Jul 2026
Very good trip. Definitely worth it! I had a great time doing this solo. I went on an extremely busy day and the little shack was really crowded waiting to pay the docking fee and it was extremely hot. But other than that it was a good time.
Steve_S, Jul 2026
It’s a full day so be prepared. We enjoyed the snorkeling and the free time in Isla Mujeres. The private beach and lunch were a little less than described. The staff on the boat were excellent. They gave great service while keeping our safety a priority.
Moises_A, Jul 2026
Don’t go on this excursion if you are looking to snorkel. Chaotic and rushed too many people on top of each other and an impatient guide. I was kicked numerous times in my face and body by people kicking by me as again too many people in one area.
The actual boat ride was nice and the crew were very attentive. The buffet was basic rice beans hot dogs, chicken, pasta so ok nothing special. The time in Isla Mujeres was nice just a lot of the same stores and hot!
Very long day and on the boat after a long day had us squeezed in like sardines.
Disappointed overall with this and would recommend you find a snorkeling excursion if snorkeling is what you are want to do!
Nick_C, Jul 2026
The trip would have been better but due to problems with the boat, we didn't leave until an hour after the tour was supposed to start. Nothing was communicated to us about the delay and no compensation was given for the hour we were shorted on our trip. Once on the beach at Isla Mujeres our guide said there were complimentary chairs and umbrellas only for us to be charged for using them. The guides were friendly and fun and we ended up having a good time despite the delay and bad communication. I understand technical difficulties happen and there's nothing the guides could do about it, but the company itself should have stepped up and given a partial refund to make things right.
Brennan_W, Jul 2026
We had an ok time. It wasn't the best experience, but it wasn't terrible. The boat was very crowded and so it made the snorkeling part difficult with some many people in the water at the same time. There also wasn't a lot to see when we snorkeled. The island was very pretty. I highly recommend getting a taxi to tour the island. Our drive ronew where to go to show us everything and was very helpful.
Daniel_B, Jul 2026
The trip felt rushed especially the snorkeling. I then found out they drop you off at the island but they go back and forth for more group of people that is why they rush.
We were on the krekon group and they were just very moody men. They are tired of people not listening to them but it's not everyone fault. Isla mujeres was the same. They are over the tourists. They over charge you with everything at least have a good attitude about it. You can go on your owe by getting the ferry it's cheaper and not get this expensive trip.
nicky_g, Jul 2026
This is not a cruise, it’s more of a shuttle. And the snorkeling is a 15-20 minute forced swim. You are made to swim a route from the boat and back to the boat in an area with 10 other boats. You are not allowed to wade and take in the view. They yell at you to make sure you move. You are treated like cattle. My wife and two others were escorted back on the boat at the start because they cannot keep up. When we got back on the boat my 19 y/o daughter and 11 y/o son were missing. And when we yelled that we were missing our kids they yelled back that it’s our fault. It turns out they were absorbed by another group and were yelled at to keep up so they went with the other group. I waited for my other younger daughter so I don’t lose her and was yelled at to keep up with the group. This is a dangerous practice and shouldn’t be allowed. I’ve snorkeled several times around the Caribbean and you’re given ample time to snorkel and in a designated area and are usually the only catamaran around. This is a money grab and unprofessional. Additionally, the boat in the advertisement is not as described. It’s more like a ferry. You must grab all your things at arrival because you are dropped off at isla mujeres and they go back to grab another group. This is not a cruise, it’s a glorified shuttle with a short stop to say that they do snorkeling.

So much fun snorkeling! Crew was great! Let the tequila fly! Island was beautiful and relaxing tee was amazing.
Maureen_T, Jul 2026
This was one of our favorite tours in Cancún, it was fun, everything was as expected and as promised on the itinerary. Food was good. Crew never let our glasses being empty. I highly recommend to go straight to playa Norte when arriving to isla mujeres. Beach is beautiful.
Dario_R, Jul 2026
It is a very helpful agency, always ready to assist you with any needs . They offers lots of choices for your vacations
Myasia_S, Jul 2026
This was a great experience. Honestly don’t let the reviews fool you. I wasn’t hassled about upgrades or dreaded with long hours of transportation. The boat ride was nice & they had photographers who took very nice pictures. Helped with posing and all. (inexpensive). Snorkeling was fun but more for beginners rather than a more seasoned person like myself. Pretty coral reef & colorful fish. They provide suitable gear if you don’t have it. When you arrive to Isla Mujeres you have access to a buffet for 90 minutes. There are different options and drinks included during the experience ( boat too ). From there you have about 4 hours to explore the beautiful Isla Mujeres and I have to say it was the best birthday gift I could’ve given to myself !

Experience was both good and bad.
When we arrived, there was a very long line that there was no mental prep for. It was hot and took almost an hour to get through. The lunch was sub par.
The snorkeling was amazing, and lots of fun.
All in all it was a good trip, but horrible with two little kids.
DaNita_B, Jul 2026
We had an absolutely amazing time on our catamaran excursion in Cancun! The entire experience was incredibly well-organized from start to finish. Our family absolutely loved the snorkeling experience--the turquoise water was absolutely beautiful and loved by everyone. The staff was super responsive to all our needs and made sure everyone had a blast! Fun, safe, and beautiful. Highly recommend!
Rebecca_V, Jul 2026
The boarding process was extremely disorganized and chaotic. Once on board we left the dock and they stopped the boat as they tried to raise the sail which took 20 minutes only to be told there was not enough wind so they had to put it away, which took more time sitting stagnant in the heat and sun. And be aware, you are not allowed to wear ANY sunscreen if you plan on getting in the water. When we finally got to the snorkel location, it took nearly an hour to get to the exact location because of mechanical issues and the boat had to be towed by two other boats, losing over an hour of our time. The “snorkel” portion of the trip was a rushed 20 minutes in the water as our guide kept yelling at us to keep moving. It felt more like a quick swim than it did a snorkel experience. And again, rushed and pushed into an over crowded line and made to hold a rope like preschoolers. We had very little time on isla mujeres as well, I can only assume due to the mechanical issues and attempt at sailing. The crew attempted to make up for everything with music and dancing FINALLY on the ride back to main land which is the only reason this gets two stars instead of one. It felt like military training instead of a snorkeling adventure. Very disappointing.
Amber_S, Jul 2026
The snorkeling experience was shorter than we thought it would be. The Buffett was terrible. Really enjoyed everything else. The boat crew were great. And the jewelers were special as well.
Emmanuel_O, Jun 2026
The experience was disappointing. It was very disorganized once we arrived at the departure point, and I almost missed my boat because the staff kept trying to sell me a paid upgrade instead of helping passengers board.
The tour itself was also underwhelming. They simply took us to Isla Mujeres, dropped us off for about four hours, and then picked us up to return. While drinks and snorkeling were included, it felt like there was very little organization or guidance. Overall, it seemed like they just transported us to the island and back, with not much of an actual tour experience.
Shelly_B, Jun 2026
When we arrived the marina we were offered an upgrade for US$60 per person. We decided to take the upgrade and it was worth every cent.
We had a big catamaran with a small group. Lots of shade and places to relax.
The snorkeling was good. We saw plenty of fish and coral and it was beautiful sky blue water.
The bar was then opened. We didn’t drink till later in the day but plenty of people did. It was a great vibe.
We then went to Isla Mujeres for a lovely buffet lunch and finally downtown to explore.
It was a fabulous day and Oscar and his crew took excellent care of us. We wanted for nothing.
I recommend this cruise and if you can stretch it, do the upgrade. It’s worth it
