I would like to start at the beginning as far as booking the actual activity. Makes it super easy for me to navigate different activities, especially in Cancun. I actually did the hip-hop boat for my bachelorette in 2022 and so it was only right for us to come back and allow one of my good girlfriends to experience this grand time. Only thing I would say is that I wish they provided transportation to it from the boat as it would just give us less of a headache to worry about and focus on having fun the whole time. Booking on Viator was super easy and they even accommodated us with the 12 o'clock party versus the 4 PM party. Really love the vibe there. Independent know who's on your boat will let you know if you're gonna have an amazing time or a grand time! We bought two bottles of Don Julio for 150 in. They served sandwiches at the egg in the music was definitely rocking shout out to the DJ. I also want to honorably mention the host he was definitely bringing the vibes. I love that they allow people to get off the boat and get in the water, jump off the boat and just experience a good time. I recommend every time you go to Cancun to book this excursion. 10 out of 10 and I would definitely be back for a third time.

Perfect tour. Extremely knowledgeable educated guide Rudolfo . The tour was in English. Made the experience much interesting than if you would have done it yourself. Guide knew a lot of facts that you necessarily can’t read up on or you get misinformed from books or internet. Also got explanation of the suburbs and landscaped riding out to the pyramids. Also easy booking and app to use via website. Meeting place for the tour super convenient and easy to find. Punctual and professional staff. Bring some cash to tip the staff at the end of trip. This was something I regret missed. Overall 5 plus stars

Amazing trip! Don’t miss it

We had such a great time on this trip to Tolantongo. Leo was a great guide and did a wonderful job helping everyone enjoy their experience while making sure we got to all of our stops. He was helpful and mindful of the needs of our group (ex. We had one family member who doesn’t speak English with us and he made sure she understood what was going on). Jose did a wonderful job driving and helping coordinate. There were helpful touches like fresh towels and shampoo being provided at the end of the day so we could all shower before heading back. The included breakfast was delicious. The visit itself was incredible. I would highly recommend going to see this area. There was a very balance of relaxation and adventure. The tunnel was chaotic due to several groups arriving at once but Leo did a great job making sure everyone made it through safely. The cave was one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen. The river was beautiful. I’d highly recommend adding the zip line. Overall, a long but wonderful day. Thank you Leo and Jose!

What a wonderful day! The weather cooperated with us. We reached a high altitude of 9,100 feet. At takeoff, we just floated. We never felt a jerking or anything. We had the smoothest ride on the balloon. The pilot landed effortlessly on the back of their trailer. Breakfast was delicious. The cave was cool. The pyramid is steeper than you can imagine and the total area of the sun and moon pyramids is so vast. Truly amazing to think about how an ancient civilization built them with their hands.

We had an amazing time on this adventure! The ATV ride was exciting, the ziplines were so much fun, and the cenote was absolutely stunning and refreshing.
