The tour itself was...

The tour itself was great, and we really enjoyed the experience. However, the communication and customer service leading up to the tour were very disappointing. The pricing through Viator was not communicated clearly. We were initially told the cost was $270, only to be contacted the day before the tour and told that an additional $260 was still owed. That is a significant additional amount that should have been clearly communicated from the beginning. The full price of the tour, including any remaining balance that will be due, needs to be disclosed upfront and clearly communicated before tickets or confirmations are sent. Customers should not be surprised with an additional charge the day before their scheduled tour. Great tour overall, but the communication and transparency regarding pricing definitely need improvement.

This experience was absolutely AMAZING from beginning to end! Benicia was incredible and made the entire process seamless. From the moment we got off the plane until we were comfortably in the lounge, it literally took us about eight minutes or less. I was blown away by how smooth, fast, professional, and stress-free everything was. Benicia took such great care of us and truly made us feel like VIPs. I honestly can't put into words how impressed we were with the entire experience. I would recommend this service to anyone traveling internationally. After experiencing this level of service, whenever we're traveling out of the country and this service is available, we're using it. Hands down, one of the best travel experiences we've had!

Great Time

Chukka was fun and exciting. The workers was super helpful funny & entertaining. Adrian checked us in and explained the process very helpful also did rum tasting as well with him. Richie & Deangelo I believe (I can't remember) was super fun & informative for ziplining. Horseback riding was good as well. We were able to do every excursion even the catamaran which was also a time 🥳 will return if I go back to Jamaica & will recommend to anyone who's traveling there.

This experience was the highlight of my trip to Jamaica our driver Big Mike was so nice and accommodating he let us feel so comfortable and safe we got to take some fantastic videos and pictures, we had coconut water and the famous RUM Punch 🥊 it was punching 😆 The raft guide Derrick was also great, FUN and knowledgeable. We had such a wonderful experience with Ray! From the very beginning, he was incredibly communicative, professional, and helpful. I actually made a mistake when booking, and he went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted out without making it stressful. Throughout our excursions, he made sure our entire group was taken care of and had everything we needed. He was also so accommodating when we wanted to explore things outside of our original excursion plans. The next day, we decided we wanted to get massages, and he helped arrange that for our group as well! What stood out most was how reliable, kind, and genuinely helpful he was. It was such a relief knowing we had someone we could count on while traveling in Jamaica. He made our experience feel easy, comfortable, and well taken care of. Pearson was my guide and he was amazing from beginning to end. I came to have a good time and it ended up being a joyful memory that I will keep with me always. He read my energy and knew I just needed a smile so he danced the whole time, and when he wasn’t dancing he was imparting wisdom and kindness. He’s was like a jirating therapist minister then on top of all of that gives you the best massage you will ever have in life. If you just looking to turn up, they let you connect your music, and they let you row the boat (if you want), they got food and hookah (for a fee) but it is a MUST DO experience. This was by far the best part of my trip. Exceeded all my expectations and Pearson is my guy. I wanna come back just to see him again. Xoxo

Fantastic family day out – highly recommended!

We had a fantastic day as a family of four visiting the Blue Hole, Secret Falls and Dunn’s River Falls with SNL Jamaican Tours Ltd. Jermaine, our tour guide, was brilliant – friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. He really went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience and that we felt safe and comfortable throughout the day. We also really enjoyed hearing about Jamaica’s history and culture along the journey. Jermaine pointed out interesting landmarks and places as we travelled, which made the drive itself part of the experience. We stopped for lunch at Linda’s and the food was delicious – everything from the lobster to the fish was really tasty and a lovely addition to the day. The waterfalls were amazing, the whole day was well organised and we came away with some lovely family memories. We would definitely recommend this tour, SNL Jamaican Tours and especially Jermaine!

Amazing!

We climbed the falls which was amazing, Ramoy the photographer was great and captured some really nice memories of my son and I. Dunns river was an exceptional experience but when we got the blue hole we were amazed, it was beautiful, we had a wonderful guide that was giving us facts about Jamaica, he was great. The water was clear blue, there were platforms to jump off and a rope swing, my 14yr old son was in his element. I’m so glad I bought the combo excursion as blue hole is a must in my opinion. Thank you for an amazing time!

Sheldon who was in charge...

Sheldon who was in charge of the atv was so amazing!! He kept us safe the whole time and instructions were very clear. Nasir gave us an amazing zip lining experience. Lastly, the team who took us horseback riding in the end. Taught us a lot about Jamaican history and it was a lovely way to wind down the entire excursion. I highly recommend this tour. I couldn’t rave about them more. Seriously!!
