What are people saying about Florence

Great tour, highly recommend!
Thanks to Margaret our tour guide, we had a very good experience on this tour, it was so worthwhile! Just at the start, walking through Florence was very interesting and then her guidance in the Academia and Uffizi was invaluable, as it would be quite overwhelming on your own. Very impressed with her depth of knowledge too!

Great highlights, Amazing view!
This is a great tour- I thoroughly enjoyed it. The small group consists of about 16 people. So it's not tiny, but it is not as massive as some of those cruise ship tours. Our tour started with the Baptistry, where our guide, Camilla, gave us a lot of great history. Unfortunately they were doing restoration on the ceiling mosaic, but we did get to see one part of it. Definitely worth going into, especially whenever the restoration will be finished. After that, we went to the Museo Dell'opera Del Duomo. Camilla took us on a guided tour of the museum and explained the highlights to us. We were probably inside the museum for about one hour. But it was totally worth the visit for the Michelangelo Pieta inside. If you see nothing else, go see that statue. After our time in the museum, Camilla took us to the "skip the line" line for the duomo, and then collected our headsets. She did not do the climb with us. The ticket for the tour allows you to go back at a later time and go inside the cathedral & crypt, which we never did (just ran out of time in the city). The climb itself is definitely difficult, and would be hard for people with mobility issues, but worth it for the incredible views you get of the city. I thought our guide was very knowledgeable and patient with the group, and I think the climb is worth doing if you can. Great tour, definitely recommend!

Very Informative and fit a lot in one day!
Our tour guide Alexandro was very energetic and easy to understand. He gave great historical information as well as tourist dos and don’ts. He even chased away Pick pocket thieves in Pisa. He gave us great suggestions for places to eat when we arrived back in to Florence after 8:30pm. He did a good job of keeping the tour group on time and safe while navigating busy intersections and streets while also accommodating the different ages and fitness levels of the large group! He’s a genius at “herding cats” and that is not easy and takes a ton of patience.

Highly recommended!
This class was amazing. We arrived to what looked like a long line so we were worried if we wouldn't be in a crowded/chaotic class. The check-in was seamless. They divided us into our groups and we made the most delicious pasta. Will definately be trying to replicate the recipes at home! Plus :-) the wine really is bottomless!

Filled with art, history, and some of the world's best food and gelato, Florence and its terracotta-tinged streets are high on many a traveler's bucket list. Most visitors flock to Firenze to see Michelangelo's David at the Accademia, visit the Uffizi, and climb the Duomo, but don't stop there. Take a cooking class, explore wine tastings, and go on a Vespa sightseeing adventure—these Florence tours can help maximize your time in the city—and out of it, too. Unmissable day trips include Cinque Terre, Pisa, and Siena, along with activities like horseback riding and hot-air ballooning.
